Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Chiara's place is perfect for discovering Sapri but also the surroundings. At check-in, Chiara gave me all the information to proceed on her own (she had an unexpected situation) and made herself available for every need. The apartment is extremely cool so you don't feel the lack of air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has brand new appliances; the bathroom is also new, with all the comforts. Finally, the private parking spot is really a convenience to the property. Overall it was a good stay and Chiara is really a hospitable host

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. Fantastic place - matches pictures exactly. The view is one of the best we've seen in the whole area, makes you regret going out to dinner instead of sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. The access to the sea is directly underneath and fairly easy - you have to climb over a few rocks at the bottom, but it's fun and sand-free. Water is crystal clear and snorkeling is nice on either side, lots of boats stop in the area to take in the beauty. The house itself is excellent, full of well-working AC units. Cleaned exceptionally well, there are lots of small touches that make it very charming, an excellent patio. Kitchen very functional and pretty. The garage below is large and handy with a car. The car access to the neighborhood is pretty narrow/steep, fine with some practice, but could be tricky for Americans. If renting a car, recommend at least a moderately powerful model to make the exit smoother. Host was wonderful and responsive.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

Giulia and Guido (the caretaker) are available and present if needed. The accommodation matches the description, in fact there is even more!! In the house there is everything you need to eat, dishwasher, washing machine and clothesline. The sea view apartment offers beautiful sunsets and there is the possibility of walking there through the beautiful olive garden that surrounds the residence of the residence. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a lifeguard always present! Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy a little well-deserved relaxation!! I highly recommend it with the hope of coming back soon!!!☀️

Two days of absolute relaxation with the family We spent two days surrounded by greenery and the beauty of this villa with a breathtaking sea view, corners of the house to fully enjoy every relaxation. We were welcomed by Marzio and his family and made us feel like part of it. We'll be back soon to this magnificent property

Apartment on two floors complete with everything you need located inside a residence with a pool, excellent communication as the host is on site. Downtown Scalea is a couple of minutes away by car. Recommended

If you are looking for tranquility and relaxation then this is the right place, accommodation with the bare minimum, luxury can be found in the location, overlooking the sea at any time!

Spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable parking inside the property. Outdoor space in the garden reserved for the apartment with tables, chairs for eating and comfortable deckchairs with sea view. Donato and his mother were very kind, I asked to be able to check in early and there were no problems. Great location to reach the beach on foot in just a few minutes. Super Recommended.

Gennaro's place was a true gem, we stayed for almost a week and felt right at home! the place is spacious, clean, recently renovated and has everything needed for a family vacation. Sapri is really peaceful and small, so everything is within 5-10 min walk. Gennaro was friendly, responsive and proactive and gave us local tips! Thanks Gennaro!

Maratera is a hilly area with beautiful scenery. Barbara’s home has an incredible view of Christ the Redeemer and birdsong is heard through the window. The home is a tricky to access but Barbara provided very clear instructions which made it easy, and although the driveway is steep and windy we didn’t find it too difficult to drive because you can take your time as it seems no one else uses it. There is a beautiful large yard. The spiral staircase wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Barbara provided a lot of local recommendations and left some delicious food in the home. We had an issue with the hot water but Barbara was very responsive. We would recommend Barbara’s home.

We loved staying here. The apartment delivered everything as promised and was very charming and comfortables. The deck overdelivers with the view and ample space providing a haven from which to enjoy happenings at the port. Maratea has lots of nooks and crannies to explore. I loved walking from the apartment to the Cristo… challenging but worth the view and spots to stop in town for refreshments. Would love to stay again!

Rossella, the host, is very kind and always available. The apartment is very nice, much more than in photos. The area is beautiful, quiet and perfect for walking in the harbor area, close to many restaurants. I highly recommend having a car or other means of transportation just to enjoy the area due to lack of public transportation outside of July and August.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.
