Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa María Atzompa

Jaime and Kristel provided a wonderful place to relax for a few days. They provided so many activity and resource recs and even gave us a little welcome package of fruit and drinks. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Oaxaca!

Los anfitriones (Juan y la Sra Laura) son un amor ya que son excelentes personas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y vacacionar ya que nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Y las condiciones son excelentes para sentirte cómodo en un lugar limpio, seguro y muy amplio. Nos vemos nuevamente el siguiente mes. Gracias.

Llegar a Oaxaca y con la cálida bienvenida de Chayito fue lo que hizo mi día, ella muy linda y atenta, muy accesible, el hecho de que me estuviera esperando a mi llegada me dio esa paz como si estuviera en casa. Chayito, muchas gracias, que todos los deseos e tu corazón se cumplan. El departamento muy lindo, limpio y ordenado, dormir en una cama como la del depa, realmente hace un sueño reparador, la zona es muy tranquila, es muy fácil llegar al Zócalo desde el depa y a dos casas, hay un restaurante en donde el cheff mazatleco, cocina delicioso. De, Alejandro, familia y Chayito, que Dios les siga bendiciendo grandemente.

Great place for the price, very quiet and only a 20-30 min walk from the central plaza

Me sentí como en casa, es tal cual como en las fotos, ya estando allí, se siente un ambiente muy cálido y acogedor. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio buenas indicaciones para ir a comprar y dónde comer. El lugar estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y organizado. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, en la noche está bien iluminado. En la calle de enfrente pasa el transporte público llamado Citybus en ambos sentidos y es súper económico el pasaje y te lleva al centro o también puedes tomar taxi. Me encantó, espero volver.

Me impresionó la limpieza de las toallas y de las sábanas, todo perfectamente acomodado y parecía como si estuviéramos en casa.

Si buscas una experiencia auténtica y enriquecedora en Oaxaca, Daniel es el anfitrión perfecto. I’ve been to Oaxaca many times over the years & this is one of my favorite stays ever. I loved the neighborhood, full of art, character, and great eateries. I found it to be a lot quieter than the center. The space itself is ideal and super cozy for a solo traveler or a couple. Really friendly and helpful housekeepers and co-host, Angie. And meeting Cathey was a real treat. She is a true artist and you’ll feel like you’re in an artist’s home while there. She’s also very hospitable + friendly. I certainly recommend her home and look forward to returning!

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jude’s house in San Felipe! Every room was beautifully designed and you could tell a lot of care went into the furnishings and decorating. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the peaceful garden and reading and napping in the hammock. We also fell in love with the cats! They gave us lots of love and entertainment watching them play together. The location was perfect- outside of all the hustle and noise of the city, but an easy 20 minute walk or very short cab ride into the center. Our favorite tlayuda place in Oaxaca was just down the street, as well as a grocery store and an excellent coffee shop and bakery. Jude’s communication was impecable, and she also gave us lots of great recommendations for where to go and what to do in Oaxaca. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a spacious, comfortable, homey base from which to explore the city. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Great location just a few blocks from the markets and downtown Oaxaca. The house comes with its own cafe! The bedrooms are comfortable and have a/c. The kitchen is great but we barely used it since we were so close to cafes, restaurants and the mercado. Pepe and the staff were kind and responsive. I highly recommend Nahum's place if you want to experience the magic of Oaxaca!

I stayed here for an extended period and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home itself is beautiful—thoughtfully arranged, clean, and cozy, with everything I needed for a long stay. It’s nestled in a peaceful, quiet location that allowed me to rest deeply and focus when I needed to. The surrounding area felt safe and serene, a true retreat. What made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. Her kindness, attentiveness, and care made me feel not just like a guest, but genuinely welcomed. I’m incredibly grateful for both the space and the connection, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. I would return in the future as a guest. Thanks

Excelente ubicacion. Si te gusta caminar puedes. llegar al centro caminando. El departamento esta comodo con lo necesario para descansar. En mi proximo viaje a Oaxaca volvere a este lugar.

¡Totalmente recomendado! Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este Airbnb. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio y exactamente como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y había todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia agradable. La zona es tranquila, segura y con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier duda. Se notaba que se preocupa por ofrecer una buena experiencia. La comunicación fue clara y rápida desde el primer momento. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté buscando un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y con un excelente anfitrión. ¡Gracias por todo!

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.

Cómodo, cálido, tranquilo ,con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómo si estuvieras en casa así como con los utensilios para disfrutar de una comida casera a tu gusto , entretenimiento y descanso placentero para después de tus actividades

Estancia muy tranquila, cercano al Centro en coche y siempre muy pendiente Salvador. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron muy claras y nos sentimos seguros, siempre tuvimos agua caliente, Wifi y acceso a meter el coche. Sin duda cuando regresemos a Oaxaca nos volveríamos a quedar en Casa Nogui.

Un Excelente lugar para quedarse unos días, accesible y la zona es muy tranquila. La habitación donde nos alojamos estuvo muy bien para una pareja con lo necesario para quedarse unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente, te contesta en todo momento y muy amable. Simplemente un lugar excelente para visitar Oaxaca y sus alrededores. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Excelente es la segunda vez que me quedo yo voy x trabajo y Sony siempre pendiente de lo que uno requiere , lo recomiendo mucho .
