We had a wonderful 1-week stay in Oaxaca. Julia was extremely communicative and gracious. We enjoyed several neighborhood restaurants and cafes. The building is secure and the area felt safe. There was quite a bit of street noise at night as others have mentioned, but all in all we are happy we stayed there and enjoyed walking all around town.

Great location, friendly and responsive host, would recommend.

New and very clean apartment in a pretty central location. Would recommend. Only downside for me was excessive noise from barking dogs nearby all night, but I think that's common in this area.

Don’t look any further! Jesus Airbnb has everything you need and more! Extremely well located and well maintained. Private yet the homey feel after a long day of exploring Oaxaca. Great location, quiet but walking distance to zocalo. Great local market for shopping a couple blocks behind the Airbnb. The Airbnb was even better than the pictures, well-stocked spacious kitchen, AC in the bedroom, and beautiful terrace. The wifi was also great for working.

¡Totalmente recomendado! Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este Airbnb. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio y exactamente como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y había todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia agradable. La zona es tranquila, segura y con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier duda. Se notaba que se preocupa por ofrecer una buena experiencia. La comunicación fue clara y rápida desde el primer momento. Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones con tus amigos o pareja, con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un tiempo cómodo, seguro y tranquilo. Se encuentra a tan solo unas cuantas cuadras del centro de la capital y con muchas opciones cercanas para comer y divertirte. La comunicación es excelente siempre al pendiente de tus necesidades y con excelentes recomendaciones. Como extra cuenta con lugar interno de estacionamiento para mayor facilidad y seguridad. Recomendado ampliamente!

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Zócalo, downtown, and all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very private, making it ideal for getting work done or simply relaxing. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet, centrally located sanctuary in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stayed for a month and got everything I needed from this space. Mariana is such a responsive and kind host. The spot is in a great location and the WiFi is perfect. Centro is about a 15 minute walk from here. The staff is outstanding and everyone is so kind. The terrace is the real superstar. You can sit up there and read, do yoga, chat, or take a meeting (WiFi works great up there too!) If there’s anything that you need, just ask. These are true hosts and they are eager to support your stays I’ve never stayed anywhere where the hosts were this kind! It really made my trip. I love Oaxaca! It’s an amazing place and if you’re thinking about going, GO!

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que deben considerar que para personas adultas de la tercera edad son muchos escalones. La cocina muy equipada, de hecho desayunabamos diario ahi, el mercado esta a dos cuadras. Las regaderas muy funcionales. La casa muy agradable. Solo hubo un punto que falló, dos habitaciones no tenian refrigeracion y si hacia un poco de calor por las noches. Segun yo la publicación del alojamiento mencionaba que tenia aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, fue algo que si incomodo. La buena noticia para los proximos alojamientos es que ya tenian en el sotano todos los equipos de refrigeracion para instalarse, asi que el alojamiento es ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!!!. Otra cosa es que los anfitriones son muy buena onda.

Es un departamento muy agradable con todo lo necesario para pasarla comodamente con la familia. Xoxocotlán es un pueblo muy pintoresco y muy cerca del centro de Oaxaca (10 minutos).

Wonderful place to stay, felt very safe and welcoming. We travelled with our infant and would definitely stay here again!

Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos encantados, ¡nos encantó el concepto! Es como una casa antigua convertida en lofts pequeños pero súper cómodos. Casi nos vamos a un hotel, porque hemos tenido experiencias no tan gratas con Airbnb, pero las reseñas, la descripción y las fotos nos convencieron. ¡Y la ubicación! A menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro, además ofrecen transporte a varios sitios por buen precio; lo usamos para ir al aeropuerto. Vanessa estuvo siempre al pendiente y nos solucionó todo. Los mejores restaurantes de Oaxaca también están a unos pasos. Las fotos sí le hacen justicia a lo que en verdad te ofrecen ¡Seguro que repetimos en nuestra próxima visita a Oaxaca!

Great place in the middle of the city in walking distances from the Centro, great restaurants, art, etc. Hosts were extremely helpful, accommodating and even provided last minute travel to airport.
