Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sanremo

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

Casa Renata is a very nice old house that offers a spectacular view of the lower Italian Alps due to the hillside location. It is stylishly furnished and remains very pleasant even in the summer months due to the clever construction and the possibilities of shading through the shutters. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Very nice little quiet apartment, well arranged with exceptional panoramic views. Aisha, always very welcoming and helpful with these little touches for her guests. We'll definitely be back.

We had great weather over the turn of the year in Liguria and we also really enjoyed the place.

Very nice accommodation with magnificent views, very well arranged and carefully decorated. Cotton sheet and very good bedding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a beautiful energy in these places. In the village very good restaurant Al Coniglio. 20 minutes by car from Bordighera seaside. The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Andre's apartment. Doumé was incredibly helpful and communicative. We were right by the train station and a tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!!

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Absolutely loved our stay in Nice largely due to the kindness of our host. Thanks again Patricia!!

Very good location and space for our group of 8 people in a personal and well decorated space. Isabelle was very friendly and responded quickly, there was an issue in the apartment and she responded directly and tried to fix it. Great stay in Nice and will come back, the street below is very lively though so not for you that's looking for peace and quiet!

We absolutely loved our stay at Catherine’s home. It was impeccably clean, the views from the balcony were beautiful, the decor was stylish, and the apartment is very well positioned in the city—close to the train stop to explore neighboring towns, close to Old Nice where a lot of the action is, and yet still tucked away on a quiet street where no cars can pass through. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Grégoire's place was so wonderful to stay in. Check in was so easy, Grégoire met me and showed me the place. The location could not be more perfect, just steps from the beach, in the middle of everything in Old Town with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and is surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being in the middle of the city. It felt really like home. I wished I could have stayed longer!

We visited Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautifully and quietly located and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our children: the pool table, the hot tub and the basement with table tennis, table soccer, fitness equipment and more. Also practical are the washing machine, two showers and two toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzeria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We thank Olivier for the wonderful time and highly recommend the accommodation – we'd love to come back any time!

We were received in a very friendly and uncomplicated manner. All our questions were answered in a short time. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has great seating both indoors and outdoors, even for a large group. The house was very clean on arrival and generally it is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the time!

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.

Renaud’s place was the perfect retreat! When we weren’t hiking the nearby trails, we spent hours in Renaud’s garden just soaking up the view. We loved watching the sun go by and seeing the fireflies and bats come out at night. A perfect place to appreciate the Maritime Alps!
