The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

The listing is located in the center of Villa Faraldi, a quiet village in the Ligurian hinterland. The furnishings are new, there is a double bed, a large living room with fireplace, a dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a fully-equipped bookcase. Peace and relaxation characterize the location. Villa Faraldi is about 7 km from the beaches. It is reached via the San Bartolomeo al Mare highway exit; the road to take is very smooth. 10 minutes from the sea by car. Park.

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
