Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Cozy apartment

Modern two-room apartment in Sankt Augustin Menden with good connections to Cologne, Bonn and Siegburg. It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. However, additional sleeping space can be generated by the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The shared meal can also be enjoyed on the spacious terrace. I look forward to your visit!

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right side of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

Comfortable apartment with outdoor seating

Guests can quickly reach appointments and Events in Bonn and Cologne. Cologne/Bonn airports and Frankfurt can be reached in 30 and 60 minutes by tram, bus, S-Bahn and ICE. Even faster by car to Cologne/Bonn. With the bikes you go to the nearby Rhine and the northernmost winery in the Siebengebirge Nature Park with fairytale castle and Drachenfels. 10 min walk to bakery, supermarket, gastronomy, pharmacy

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. Favorite room Self check-in

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Holiday apartment in the beautiful Rhineland

Ideal starting point for discovering the Rhineland: Bonn, Cologne, Köln-Messe, Siebengebirge, World Conference Center Bonn and Königswinter are easy to reach by car or public transport. You can relax from your excursions on the sunny terrace. Nearby: HUMA shopping mall with numerous shops (7 minutes on foot); children's hospital (5 minutes by car; 10 minutes on foot)

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
