Downstairs features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom and second living area which is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen area is modern and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen flows into a courtyard area out the back for guests to enjoy. Upstairs is the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed. It should be noted that the property is historic and the staircase to the bedroom is steep - please see the listing photos in case this is an issue. The bedroom is fitted with a split-system air conditioner for heating and cooling, whilst downstairs is heated with a wood-heater. The terrace comes with 1 x off-street car park for guests to use. Taxis and Uber are also reliable in Hobart and will cost under $10 into the CBD/Salamanca and wharf precinct.
