Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sandusky County

Loved the stay here! The view was stunning. Joe was very responsive even when I asked questions that were clearly written on the app. Was friendly! The house was clean. Only bad thing was we didn’t know how to use the stove but everything else was perfect! We loved the mini pool table, fireplace, and the horseshoe games provided. Being in the hot tub while watching the sun set was such a vibe! Will be coming back

My group of eight had a great stay! The location was easy to find, even in the dark, and the place was clean. I did not have any problems with bugs, and the hot tub was definitely clean. No spider webs either! The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and the home had everything we needed. The fenced in bark yard was a huge plus for our pets, and their massive driveway easily fits up to six cars. The couch is also a pull out!! We were able to walk around the neighborhood along the shoreline and it was a beautiful way to start the morning!

What a beautiful oasis in a lovely space. Every detail was covered and the stay was amazing. We felt like we found a little slice of paradise in this Airbnb. We would highly recommend and would stay there again

This house was fantastic! View was beatiful and house was well kept! Communication was perfect. This felt like a families house who was so willing to share anything they had. It felt like home. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and the location was perfect! View was beautiful!

We had a nice four day trip with 7 people, the place fit us all nicely! Home was clean, clutter free, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Lots of parking space. Clean linens and towels in excess provided. I would recommend to anyone visiting bring paper products and lawn chairs. The fire pit was really nice, and when we needed propane they came right over and refilled them! The hot tub was low on water when we arrived and it didn’t heat up until our last day there - so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub on the deck during our stay but it looks new and fits four persons. I regretted not bringing fishing gear - we could have fished right across the street. Lots of dishes, only one knife and no baking sheets - but plenty of pots and pans, so keep that in mind if you are planning on cooking, lots of space to eat family dinners. Overall, GREAT place and I would definitely stay here again if I visited Sandusky! Owners were very responsive and helpful!

Cyndi’s place was lovely and peaceful. She turned on the fire pit so we could enjoy time on her veranda overlooking the river one evening. The breakfast was delicious and she had so many options, too. We felt welcome and right at home in her home!

Cyndi was at the property doing yard work when I arrived, so I didn’t need to use the code to get in the main front door. When I tried to use the code to access my room, it wasn’t working. Turns out, I was trying to get into the wrong room. I reviewed her instructions and they were clear; I was just not reading them correctly. I tried to find the wifi and couldn’t, so I went down and bugged Cyndi again and she pointed out the sign that is in the room with the wifi info. Duh on me again LOL! The location is perfect, especially if you’re traveling by bike on the North Coast Inland Trail. The patio overlooking the river is very relaxing. I always worry that I will get enough to eat in a continental breakfast, but it was very fulfilling and I felt like I had plenty of fuel to get me back on the trail.

Tracis Airbnb is a great pick for a comfortable stay. Suitable for families as well as cleanly, comfortable and felt like a safe area. I would definitely recommend and if ever returning to the area would choose again. 10/10

We had an amazing time and the location could not have been better. They have everything you could need in the house and the shed is full of beach toys, chairs, wagons, fishing poles, literally anything you could think you may need on a beach vacation. Beach was just a few houses down and we went every morning and evening. House was the perfect size for our family of six. Patio tavern across the street from the neighborhood had music on the weekend you could sit outside and listen to but couldn’t hear inside the house so it was perfect. We hope to be able to stay again next time we’re in town! Highly recommend.

The River’s Edge offered a stunning view of the river coupled with a comfortable stay. The space was clean and exactly as described. The beds offered a comfortable sleep. The sitting area/living room was a perfect hangout spot for our group of 4.

We had a great stay. The place was super clean and well-furnished. Check-In was incredibly easy and the location is very close to downtown without being in the chaos. absolutely perfect location. We did have an issue with the upstairs renters being incredibly loud, shouting, banging and moving furniture but we reached out to Wendy at 11:30PM and she spoke with them as quickly as possible and asked them to quiet down. I would recommend this place as an amazing alternative to staying downtown, especially if you prefer somewhere quieter.

I’ve stayed here twice with my son and his friends so they can go to the park. It’s a quiet house where I can work for a few hours. After work It’s close enough to downtown that I can walk out to dinner. And at the end of the night it’s near enough to Cedar Point that I can quickly pick them up when they’re done. The house slept five teenage boys and myself comfortably. The kitchen was great to cooking some late night frozen pizzas. We all had a great time and I’d book a third time if we do this again!

Great place to stay with the BOYZ... Remote but very close to the marina and some Great Lake ERIE MONSTERS!!! Definitely will be back...

She was extremely responsive and helped out anyway she could unfortunately it rained while we were there, but she was still able to make it a wonderful time. Definitely would recommend her and her husband are amazing!

Cabin was the perfect spot to relax by the river. The boat and bikes were a great addition to our stay and our hosts made us feel welcome ! Would definitely stay again !

great spot on the island. you really get to be in the center of everything and feel entirely alone with full privacy.

The cabin was spacious, beautiful and very private. We felt at home the minute we walked in. It’s in a great location, close to great restaurants, the ferries and many things to see and do. Mary-Kate responded almost instantly to any questions or concerns. She went out of her way to find a corn hole game when I mentioned to her it was a family favorite. I would love to come back and just stay there and not tour around. A great get away from the world spot.

Check-in was very easy and the house was a great size for our needs. The beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Marisa was in touch with us throughout our stay, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Everything went well. John was a great host!

This is our second time staying at the log cabin and we loved it just as much as the first time. It’s such a relaxing place, and you can’t beat the view of the beautiful lake. We highly enjoyed kayaking and spending time on the beach and in the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to recharge. Larry and family are incredible hosts and very responsive. We will be back again!
