Monthly Rentals in Sandston

Very nice house. Our favorite part was the playroom. We have three kids 5 and under and they had a blast. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. Before arrival, I was little worried about the stairs and my one year old. But when we got there, there was a door at the top of the stairs. We could close the door and then baby could roam around freely without any danger of falling down the stairs. Yay! A place where you don't have to hover over your little ones and baby proof left and right is always a win for mom! Overall, it was a great stay.

This Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as pictured, there were some few issues that was happening with the house but James was very responsive and immediately was able to take care of the issues, I'm giving it a five-star because it deserves it but there are a few rules to this house so please make sure you read them prior. Great value, close to Richmond, and great communication! Home was very clean and organized!

Very happy with our stay in Highland Springs townhouse! The home was very clean and exactly as billed. While it isn’t walkable to restaurants and shopping, it’s a short drive to several quality restaurants in Sandston. Furthermore, its proximity to the airport is notable…6 min and that’s not an exaggeration!!The point that’s probably most important is the host is nothing short of amazing!! Great communication, very responsive…check in was seamless and they frequently checked in to make sure our needs were met. At one point, we needed an extra parking pass. It was delivered expediently!! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when visiting Richmond!! Thanks for the hospitality!!
