Vacation rentals with a patio in Sand Dunes

Two of us stayed on 04/24/2025. The apartment matches the photos, we found it excellently clean and it has a well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Comfortable double bed. Includes beach umbrellas, a plus that saves you from having to rent them. There is a smart TV, it has a slight color defect on the screen but it allows you to use your Netflix account (there is no HDMI to connect a laptop). The best: Tom's speed, kindness and attention. He left us an extra set of sheets and towels for our 8-night stay. Location: nice neighborhood, 5 min walk to Praia das Dunas and 10 min to Praia do Forte. Quiet interior despite being on an avenue, although the neighbor's dog barked a few nights. The complex has 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind. The center is a 30-minute walk away or ≈9 R$ by Uber, which arrives very quickly. In short, great value for money and excellent host; we recommend it and would return without hesitation.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

Spacious place and in a great location, cross the street and get to the beach. Beautiful penthouse and great for spending time. Host with quick responses and always willing. I liked it and recommend it, see you next time!

Really luxury apartment. Everything is beautiful and in excellent taste. Clean and fragrant bedding. Super-equipped kitchen. The host responded quickly to our messages. Me and my family love everything.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Great location, beaches and restaurants nearby, Alessandro is a great host, always helpful, gave several tips on places to dine and tours. I highly recommend it, when I return to Arraial it is a place I would definitely return to.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful, quiet place with a surreal view. The house was spotless and with countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back more often!

Our stay was very good! Glaucio, Natalia's husband, helped us a lot in a moment of near despair! The house is as described, has 3 floors and is very close to one of the best beaches in Arraial in my opinion. It had all the basic items and even a filter with chilled water. We didn't stay anymore because it wasn't available. I'll be back for sure.

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

My stay was 10/10. Extremely cozy and modern house, very comfortable bed and pillows and the whirlpool is the highlight of the house. The host was super helpful, she went out of her way to help us. I will definitely return again!!

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

Dani's studios are great, everything just like the announcement, everything impeccable, I stayed at studio 107, for 2 people cater very well, it's spacious, the internal and external structure are great tbm, everything clean, smelly, organized and working! Great location, 7 minutes walking to the beach of the fort, easy access to other tbm beaches, the receptivity of both Dani and parents Terry and Lucia were incredible, all very friendly, give several restaurant and beach tips!
