Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

My stay was excellent! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

The house is a spectacle. Literally on the beach. Wonderful place. We rented it as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the caretaker Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We loved everything. We plan to return soon.

The address suited us perfectly, very close to the campsite and not so far from Búzios. The space of the house also accommodated us perfectly. The cottage is small but served us for 4 nights. It's very close to the Rocket Beach. Cristina, whenever we needed her, responded quickly. We loved it.

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!
