Beachfront vacation rentals in San Vito Lo Capo

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Super hosts and great location between beach and town centre. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There was also a very tasty breakfast available daily served by hosts. I would highly recommend. We added on the underground parking for our car rental which gave us peace of mind.

10/10 recommend this place. I stayed here with a friend of mine for 5 nights at the start of May. The apartment is clean, and I felt comfortable staying there. Secondarily, the rooftop is absolutely amazing. You can just about see the water, and you get this AMAZING view of the mountains. We literally sat in the hot tub for an hour every single night watching the mountains and the sky set with the stars appearing. There is also a table up on the roof, with laundry. The kitchen is functional, we cooked a few meals there. Bathroom is clean. Bed was comfortable. The area is SAFE, we felt comfortable walking home late at night, or taking a stroll down to the waterside at night (maybe a 5 min walk tops). Plenty of restaurants shops cafes in the area. Overall, just loved San Vito lo capo, if there are tourists they are usually ITALIAN tourists, so it feels very local. Highly recommend this place, we are seriously going to consider coming back here. Thanks for everything!!

Rosanna’s house and location was incredible. The photos actually do not do the house and setting justice. The outdoors spaces and pool are gorgeous and just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing vacation with children and extended family. The pool was amazing, the gardens beautiful and the a/c ran cold in the downstairs living area and upstairs hallway. The location is amazing- walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive from both Castellammare del golfo and Scopello. The only issues we had were with the heat at night in the upstairs bedrooms (the downstairs one had a ceiling fan which made the room really comfortable). I mentioned this to Rosanna and she was very open to feedback. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to everything. There was a blackout when we were there at 3 am and we had to call them to help open the gate so that my brother could catch his early morning flight out of Palermo. Fulvio was at the house within 20 minutes to help us at 3:30 am!

Great spot. The hot tub doesn’t actually get “hot” - about 32° - but still a nice vibe.

We had a great time. The house is as described, the view even more beautiful than in the photos! Rosario is a very considerate, available host. The house is ideally located, next to the beautiful beaches and the charming village of Scopello. We would recommend this listing!

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

Wonderful little house with a great view over the ocean! A small beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The house is equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. Ivana is a great host and was available and easy to communicate with.

amazing location and villa, clean, fun and spacious. beautiful surroundings and very close to the beautiful local beach Guidaloca. Host Roberto was amazingly nice with the whole family and highly responsive and proactive. We couldn't ask for more!

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Sabrina (Maria's daughter) contacted us immediately to provide us with information on parking and access, in an extremely proactive and kind way. The accommodation is in a splendid location to move around the center of San Vito and go to the beach on foot, while remaining in a point sheltered from the road, extremely sheltered and with the possibility of comfortably using the outdoor space (great with small children, for us). Sabrina and Maria were always very kind and helpful without ever being intrusive, we felt very good! Definitely highly recommended!

Nice location, good wifi, okay equipped. We had some minor issues with the apartment but Gabriele was always quick to fix them.

Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or simply a quiet afternoon, the view never stopped being magical. The location is peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A truly unforgettable stay!

Super location and comfy place perfect for a single person or a couple. Swift responses bei Gaetano and easy process. Can very much recommend the place if you want to explore Castellammare for a few days. Suggest that you bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night, as with more or less all of the historic old town places, there can be some noise from water pumps and people on the road at night. I was pretty much okay without earplugs though.

We had a lovely stay. The place is very close to the beach. Everything was as stated. Communication was great, Vita was very flexible on arrival and also at checkout. We recommend the place.

thanks to Giovanna's home we had a wonderful quiet stay at cornino. the house with its own well placed terrace with a view at the sea and two floors was much more beautiful then we would have thought from the pictures. you have the beach and a whole national park right in the backyard where you can go swimming and hiking. the 9 k hike around the mountain was an adventure and the BBQ on the terrace was amazing.

Enzo is a very friendly and accommodating host. He made us feel right at home and was very helpful. The apartment is unbeatable in the location, has a beautiful terrace and great views of the sea. It is also well equipped with everything you need. We can only recommend staying with Enzo!
