Beachfront vacation rentals in San Vincenzo

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Siamo stati nella casa in Pineta a inizio giugno. Piacevolissima esperienza. La casa è meravigliosa, molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Il giardino fuori, immerso nella pineta, è bellissimo. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre in giardino. La cucina è ben fornita, siamo riusciti sempre a cucinare quello che volevamo. La spiaggia libera dista 5 minuti a piedi. Torneremo!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung von Lorena verbracht. Die vorzügliche Gastfreundschaft von Lorena hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft sehr beeindruckt; dazu kam auch die spezielle Liebe zu Tieren. Wir selbst durften unser kleines sanftmütiges Haustier problemlos mitnehmen. Aber auch vor Ort hatten wir die angenehme Gesellschaft von den lieben Gastgeberkatzen. Die äusserst saubere und bis ins Detail gepflegte Wohnung mit grosser, sonniger Terrasse und wunderschönem Panorama hat uns sehr wohl fühlen lassen und hat uns ein idyllisches und romantisches Empfinden vermittelt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausfüge hat das Chalet eine gute Lage. Man kommt gut zum Meer, zu schönen Spazierwegen und in wenigen Minuten nach Capoliveri, wo eine zahlreiche Auswahl an guten Restaurants angeboten wird.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito e realmente fornito dei servizi descritti nella presentazione sul sito, host disponibile, cortese e rapido nelle risposte. Adattissimo a famiglie numerose e con bambini. Vicino al mare e alla splendida spiaggia sabbiosa. Comoda l'attrezzatura per spiaggia fornita (lettini e ombrellone) con carrello per il trasporto e due docce esterne (acqua calda/fredda) a nostra esclusiva disposizione al ritorno dal mare. Aria condizionata e rete internet in tutti gli ambienti, cucina fornita anche di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici oltre che ovviamente di stoviglie e pentolame, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Manca però un parcheggio privato che sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta vista la difficoltà nei periodi di alta affluenza di trovare posto auto in strada. Sarebbe così più facile raggiungere i negozi (anche alimentari) che sono in centro avendo la certezza di un posto auto al ritorno. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Grazie Cristiano.

Casa bellissima, ampia, fresca e arredata con estremo gusto. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Il fatto di essere in centro al paese permette di raggiungere facilemente la passeggiata serale, i negozietti e le spiagge del paese. Il terrazzo e il cortile sono un ulteriore punto a favore perchè permettono di aver ulteriore sfogo e parcheggio della macchina. Come detto in altri commenti la casa è in centro al paese e le camere da letto danno sul corso principale quindi la sera è un pochino rumorosa ma, a noi non ha dato fastidio. L'host Francesco disponibile e collaborativo. Per noi tutto perfetto!

Very good host always there to help us, very easy to communicate with him. Any question we had he responded. The house is very close to the center and has plenty of restaurants around , close to the beach . The house is clean and comfortable

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Abbiamo trovato un host cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma sufficiente per trascorrere i momenti di relax in casa. Ha un soggiorno spazioso e una cucina a vista fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere la vacanza senza pensieri. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato e una piscina condominiale. Spiaggia e ristoranti sono vicinissimi all'appartamento. È stata proprio una vacanza piacevole, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Wir durften eine wundervolle Woche in Christines Apartment verbringen – und es war vom ersten Moment an einfach perfekt. Christine ist eine Gastgeberin mit ganz viel Herz: aufmerksam, herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Man spürt sofort. Das Apartment war blitzsauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich bin normalerweise sehr kritisch, was Sauberkeit und Komfort betrifft – aber hier war wirklich alles makellos. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub ! Danke Christine ❤️

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Toller Blick vom Balkon und sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Küche hat alles was man zum kochen braucht. Neues Badezimmer. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The views over the harbour and the sunset were incredible! Lots of amazing restaurants very close by. The beaches were lovely and the pool was great. Enrico super helpful and friendly with lots of info and recommendations. Ideal for families with lots to do. We loved it

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Alles tip top. Appartement mit super Ausblick, Meerzugang, nah am Einkaufsladen und vom Städtchen.

In una splendida posizione con vista sulla Terrazza Mascagni, l'alloggio di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alle foto viste sul sito. Confortevole, pulito e comodo per aggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Consiglio di cambiare la macchinetta del caffè (impossibile da aprire) e di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più. Per il resto siano stati meravigliosamente. Torneremo volentieri.

Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Eine angenehme Unterkunft – danke!

Hostitel reagoval hned od začátku rezervace ubytování. Sdělil všechny potřebné informace. Ubytování bylo skvělé, blízko veřejné písečné pláže, místních obchodů a restaurací. Parkování auta pár minut pěšky. Vybavení bytu více než dostačující (pračka, myčka, mikrovlnná trouba, sporák s troubou, vysavač, sušák na prádlo, kompletní výbava kuchyně). Jediné, co kuchyni vytknout, tak malý pracovní prostor. Ale i s tím se dalo poprat. Nezapomenutelný byl balkon s krásným výhledem, obzvláště na západ slunce. Zde jsme trávili většinu času, co zde trochu chybělo, opět odkládací prostor. Hodil by se malý stolek na sklenky. Celkové hodnocení ubytování je na výbornou. Děkujeme za vše a pokud se někdy do San Vincenzo vrátíme, tak určitě ke Stefanovi.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem ein Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Franca war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

Ariannas Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft direkt am Meer. Man geht durch das Tor und steht mit den Füßen im Sand. Das Wasser ist herrlich, die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Und Arianna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
