Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

On the 7th floor by elevator of a quiet and rationalist style building, is this comfortable and super bright apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. The kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and natural ventilation. The balcony has chairs to enjoy a beautiful view and a sunny afternoon.The apartment is equipped with 100% cotton sheets, towels and quilts. The apartment fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has sector grills on the terrace, beautiful outdoor pool and laundry. Privileged neighborhood, with very close access to means of transport. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic pole of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique dealers, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service of several bus lines, 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station and Constitution subway, 4 blocks from Avda 9 de Julio and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk quietly to any of these points.

Beautiful apartment between Monserrat and San Telmo

The apartment is in a building of a certain antiquity with careful details, high ceilings and parquet floor. As some guests mentioned it was noisy, we put in soundproof windows! It is very bright and airy as it has windows to the street and inside the building. There are two elevators and the building has a permanent doorman. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets, naturist markets, bars and various shops.
