NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

The place is not bad, but you have nothing worthwhile around. We stayed because we had a concert nearby at first. It's nice and modern, but it's a bit claustrophobic because it has no windows to the outside that you can see, it looks like a bunker. Still, the cleanliness is great and it's a comfortable place.

We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Christine was a wonderful host who made our holiday in Madrid even better. The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

I would recommend anybody that asks to go to Christian and Felix place. spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated, is like being in an hotel top-notch hotel suite, yet with everything an apartment has. It was very hot these days in Madrid but airco worked beautifully. The apartment is also very well located, two different metro lines with stations at 5-8min walking distance, and many bars, cafes and restaurants right next door. At night you can feel the beautiful Madrid vibe. Thank you guys, I'll be back.
