Hi, I'm Merche and I'm offering you my newly remodeled house. The street is in the center of San Sebastián de los Reyes, next to the town hall and surrounded by neighborhood shops and shopping malls such as La Viña and Plaza Norte 2, where we have swimming pools, gyms…. 30 minutes away by commuter train is the Sol station in downtown Madrid. The space: The house is cozy. With lots of natural light, all appliances are new and the beds. Wi-Fi and Netflix included. It's a third floor without an elevator.

Our loft is located in a beautiful and landscaped residential neighborhood of townhouses. It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, stores of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The subway is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.

Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset. At least 15kkms to the airport. 3 minute drive to "Alegra" mall with the best outlet stores, Decathlon, Nike and restaurants. Fully equipped, fiber optic wifi. Jesus was always attentive, gave us recommendations, alternatives and was kind. The room is comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. It was a little tricky to get there by public transport. Outside of that, everything is fine
