The apartment is comfortable for two people, independent, although it is in a building where other people live. Very safe, it's in an interior patio. The kitchen is a good size, equipped, stocked with the basics for cooking; nice touch on arrival to have the first breakfast ready. The bedroom is good, with space to hang clothes, a soft mattress, you can rest peacefully without any noise. There are no curtains to block out the night light, but we improvised. The dining room and living room fulfill their function. The bathroom is a good size, with a shower with abundant water flow, and they provide towels and a hairdryer. Overall, a good place. One drawback in hot weather (April, May) is that there is no ventilation, and the apartment heats up. There's no way to ventilate the bedroom at night. We have a fan. The owner is very attentive and kind. He was always available to us for the two weeks. Yes, I recommend this stay.

This is my second time staying here and as always everything has been great. The place is comfortable and conveniently located. The host's service is great.

The exterior of the house is characterized by a blend of stone and wood materials, featuring large windows and a tiled roof. The structure is surrounded by a landscaped area with dry grass and a water tank visible nearby.

The place is very quiet and you can enjoy a nice view, plus all the amenities. Excellent place to disconnect from the city.

A series of large glass panels with white frames creates an entrance, providing a view of the outdoor area. The transparent panels allow natural light to fill the space, while the solid lower sections offer privacy and protection from the elements.

We were very welcomed by Anatolia and her charming attention was impeccable We would love coming back to stay again in her home.

I had a great time the first time around staying with Daniel (who was very responsive and helpful when I was initially mislead by Google Maps about the exact location, and welcomed me with a cold bottle of Coca-Cola and a liter of bottled water), partying all night with all the absolutely lovely people in Zimatlán de Álvarez, then comfortably sleeping and refreshing myself a bit. When I learned there was another night of "muerteadas" the next weekend, of course I came back to the exact same place for another great night of parties all over the village (with lots of 'old' new friends from the week before, and lots of even more new friends), again relying on this basic yet excellent place to comfortably recover before travelling onward to the next village for the next party. Notably positive for price: +++ Quiet enough for sleeping late at night, even though it seems there are loud parties going on all over the village +++ Shower gets hot quickly +++ Room on street level (no stairs)
