While each large family is resting comfortably Sometimes, it was nice to gather in the spacious living room to talk and eat together at the large dining table. I also used the convenience store, delicious restaurants, and great massage shops nearby. It was even better to be able to have fun with the kids in the pool. I would like to thank the host for kindly responding to various inquiries and requests while living. ^^

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. At night, each family occupies a room and rest.The host began the moment I booked successfully, and rigorously confirmed every detail, and responded promptly and patiently with all kinds of questions from us.There is a local Thai nanny here, although there are some language barriers, but it is simple and cute. I was touched by the bicycle and bought us breakfast ingredients. Haha, I was touched.The organic restaurant outside the neighborhood is a surprise. The amount is amazing. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

A lovely home for short and öong stays, very nice and bright free standing house which is rare to find in town. Everything you need around the corner, the real local style. Duhwan is a super lovely host, super accommodating and responsive! If you need anything he makes it happen!

Very cozy place to stay.I have good memories of Chiang Mai.The Host arranged for airport pick-up and drop-off, and was very enthusiastic about taking us to the 7-11 nearby to shop. Really lovely architectural design. You can tell that every aspect was made with intention and the aesthetic is really pleasing. The lighting is the best feature. In every room, the lighting is thought out, even in the garden bits, and the placement use of natural lighting is good.

Jetiya’s house is very decent and comfortable for family’s long-stay in Chiang Mai. If you rent a car, it’s also very convenient either go to the old town or go north to Chiang Dao or Chiang Rai. Jetiya and her housekeeper are very patient and responsive for my questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City. The house has a calming, Muji-style vibe, minimalist, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s in a hidden quiet spot but just a short walk to cafés, temples, and both the Saturday Night Market on Wualai Road and the Sunday Walking Street Market. The host was responsive and everything in the property worked perfectly inc strong aircon, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches. What really stood out was how easy it was to get picked up for local experiences: Asia Scenic cookery school (highly recommended) and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (also very good) both collected us right from the door. Northgate Jazz Club is also nearby, great for live music in the evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. We’d absolutely stay again.

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

A total of 7 people used it as a lodging. It is located in the center of Old Town, so it is convenient to move to other areas, and it is easy to find when you come back because you can search for the name of the accommodation on Google. I didn't have to worry because the host responded quickly and in detail to inquiries about check-in or using the accommodation. It was nice that the bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the air conditioner didn't smell, so I was able to live comfortably during my stay. It's not crowded at night, but it's a residential area in general, so it's a great place to stay quietly. Even after check-out, they provided luggage storage service, so it was nice that even if the flight departure time was a little late, I didn't have to carry my luggage around until then. If I have the opportunity to visit Chiang Mai next time, I would like to use this accommodation again.

The location is perfect! Just directly opposite Maya Mall, and within walking distance to Think Park, One Nimman and the surrounding streets of Nimman. Even though it is located within the busy area, but you'll never feel busy as the house is located inside a quiet & peaceful enclave. The house is clean and neat. We love the communal area where we can just hang out to eat, watch TV and chat. We also love the tiny greenery within and bring able to help feed the fishes in the pond. The host was very responsive. Even though we had a minor issue with one of the air-condition's remote, she quickly helped to resolve it and replaced with a new one. My family loves this place so much that we will definitely booked this place again when we are back in Chiang Mai in the future! 🥰💕😍❤️

Perfect for small groups of 4-5 people. Convenient location, comfortable environment, and very clean house. Eddie and his family are very welcoming and hospitable. They can help with any problems in a timely manner. They left a very good impression on our trip to Chiang Mai! The only thing is that it's relatively close to the airport. For light sleepers, Eddie also provides earplugs. Also, the number of flights will drop sharply at night, so there is basically not much noise. The water pressure is a little low, but it's not a big problem. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

It's the best value There's a fence in front of the house, so it's safe. There is an ashtray in front of the door The air conditioner is good. But we don't change towels.

A very good homestay experience, the detached villa is very spacious, very private, a few minutes walk to Nimman Road, will consider this homestay next time I travel to Chiang Mai

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !
