Everything about this place is well thought out and perfect for remote work. The desk setup is solid with an ergonomic chair, a monitor on an adjustable arm, and a reliable WiFi connection that handled video calls without a problem. There is even a whiteboard for jotting down tasks or planning your day. The apartment also comes with a 55 inch smart TV and four Bluetooth speakers. You can connect to them easily by plugging in the adapter stored in the cabinet under the TV. It was great for background music while working or relaxing after hours. The co host was flexible and allowed us a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the overall space is clean and functional. The view is awesome and made long coding sessions a lot more enjoyable. There were some building renovations during my stay but they only happened on two days out of the week. It didn’t really impact me. I just played music through the speakers and kept working. Recommended!!

It was really close to the Maya Mall, a 3-minute walk, and it was very convenient in terms of location. The accommodation was small overall, but it was just the right size for one person to stay. I was also satisfied with the communication with the host. The response was quick and they kindly guided me on the necessary parts, so I was able to stay comfortably. If there's one thing that's unfortunate, it's that, like most of the accommodations in Nimhan, it's close to the airport, so the plane noise was a little annoying at night. If you're sensitive, I think it's a good idea to take note. Still, overall, the location, cleanliness, and communication were all satisfactory.

I stayed in The Treasure apartment from 14.02 to 19.02. 2025. Check-in was remote. I received clear instructions. There was always free space for my bike in the parking lot. The condominium is located near the lake and has a chic view of a picturesque corner of nature. The apartment was clean, everything as described and pictured. The washing machine on the balcony was very necessary. The pool on the second floor is very clean, large,with water at a comfortable temperature and almost always empty. Very comfortable bed. There are no insects in the apartment. The water in the shower was always hot and with good pressure. The kitchen has enough appliances and utensils to cook breakfast. All the necessary household chemicals, including washing powder are in the apartment. I was extremely satisfied and thank the host for the warm welcome and comfortable stay

Apartment in the heart of the Nimman area. A huge number of restaurants and several 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away. Despite that, the street itself was quite quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous balcony.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Close to Nimman One, within a 10-minute walk to the restaurant and cafe, newly decorated, clean bathroom with sufficient water pressure, air conditioning, air purifier to make the indoor environment comfortable, complete kitchenware, cleaning staff come to clean and change towels every two days.The small disadvantage is that the bathroom water heater operation needs to be familiarized, and the entrance and exit route from the basement is dim after 10:00 pm. The rooftop pool is not open for some reason during the stay.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Our water heater broke on the first week and they came within a few hours to fix it. There were some issues with the stove and they bought a new one for us, also within hours. Place is very well located. Local mall is just across the street with everything you need. Neighborhood feels very safe and there are security guards around at all times. Lots of nice touches – they gave us 2 boxes of water when we checked in + some snacks. On one of our birthdays, they dropped some local snacks off at the door for us to try. It was a pleasant surprise. Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

A good place for vacation especially for family…

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food.
