Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in San Sai District

We had a wonderful stay at Chiang Moi House. It’s in such a great location tucked outside of the hustle of the old city and great little spots to discover. We stayed in 2 rooms both comfy and suitable. All basic needs are met and cleaning is offered daily. The staff at the front desk are so nice they really made the stay that much better. We booked a tour for a day through then that was great. I would stay here again next time. If there’s a suggestion I can make it’s that they send a messenger via air bnb welcoming guests with the exact name of the place along with address and directions. It would go a long way helping arriving guests find the place easier.

Ha sido una estancia genial, están pendiente de ti y de si necesitas algo constantemente, nos ayudaron a programar nuestra excursión a Chiang Rai. La habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario, se agradecía tener acceso a desayuno gratis para empezar el día ante de las excursiones. también tienen agua embotellada que puedes coger cuando quieras siempre que devuelvas la botella. Nos quedamos dos noches y ampliamos dos más de lo agusto que estuvimos. por poner una pega, está algo retirado de la ciudad antigua o el mercado nocturno, nosotros íbamos andando. Había poco ambiente por la zona, pero cogiendo un taxi no hay problema. volveríamos seguro.

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Zimmer entspricht der Vorstellung, es war für 2 Personen ideal und es war sauber. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe vorbereitet. Es war eine große Freude, die Hosts kennenzulernen. Sie waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit & haben uns bei der Orientierung in der Umgebung geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Very cozy and pleasant place near the Warorot market. A large room in Thai style with wooden floor, air conditioning, shower - everything works well. Delicious and hearty breakfast and free bananas, tea, coffee whenever you want. Here for you can organize courses of Thai cooking and active tours. I recommend this place :)

Tee & rasha are the best host we ever had. Super friendly, accommodative and communicative. Went to chiang Mai with my husband for the first time. And we got a lot recommendations of places, we tried most of his recommendation and everything was so great and worth the visit. The place was really nice and clean, the room is big, we asked for a very early checked in because we had an overnight bus trip and they provide and responded super fast and very nicely. The area of this stay is also really nice, very close to our favorite jing jai market, and even to other places also not far, we even ride a bike that's available at the accommodation to stroll around . It was a very pleasant stay for us. We love this place. And if we go back to chiang Mai again, we'll definitely come back to stay here again.

位置其实熟悉了以后挺好找的，靠近古城，不行15分钟，夜市也差不多都是不行可到。机场打车大概20分钟，很方便。厕所有点小哈哈，蚊子好多啊，虽然地方是很干净，进去都要脱鞋。前台的美女英文很好，沟通无障碍。早餐因为起太晚没吃到。下次再到清迈还会来的

Loved our stay here. absolutely recommend it! amazing place , nice , clean, and the host and their team were super friendly and the Breakfast was delish 😋 Shame it was our last night so I couldn't chill with the owner who seemed super friendly and polite!

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

Rustic is the best guest house I met. The staff is kind, helpful and beautiful. We love them! Pretty good breakfast and room!

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

This place is amazing and the staff is so so sweet – I felt welcomed from the moment I first walked in! The breakfast was wonderful (the pancakes were my favorite) and I was grateful for all the recommendations of things to do and restaurants. The room was so much bigger than I expected I almost felt silly staying there on my own! Definitely more than enough space for 2-3 people to share comfortably. They helped me so much with recommendations, laundry, and the ride to the airport. I'd love to go back and will recommend to everyone x

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

Urana’s place is awesome! We are a family of 4 (two boys ages 3 and 5). We stayed in the family room with private bath. Everything was perfect. Location- awesome location. 5 mins walk to a market that opens around 5pm. Walkable to the famous Suki Chang Pueng. A lot of food and 7-11 nearby. A few temples nearby, including the Lok Moli temple. Breakfast- not a typical complimentary breakfast that most hotels offer. You get a full plate of either thai/american dish or sandwich and a drink. Food was very yummy. Our favorte drink was italian soda. My husbaad loves the caramel latte (he had that 3 days in a row)! Service- everyone we met was so kind. They are all very helpful. I needed coins to do laundry, they offered whatever they had to help me out. They recommended a driver and well as a few tours we did. Nuna recommend a massage place that my husband was super impressed by. Room- clean and super nice as pictured! They also provide water everyday! The room was also cleaned daily!

訂房的時候，因為系統有點問題而產生小插曲，但是房東回覆迅速，溝通順利，還幫忙安排了接送，好暖心。四人房的空間蠻大的，很文青舒適，喜歡浴室的療癒圖案踏墊，浴缸還放了沐浴泡澡球跟真的玫瑰花，很驚喜🤩入住了六天，只要掛上牌子，每天都有清潔人員打掃，還貼心的把放在床上的衣服鋪好，飲用礦泉水每天都會補給，臨時要求加一床棉被也沒問題。很開心第一次來清邁玩，能住到這麼可愛的地方😊

Solid place with awesome amenities. Bit far from the city but totally worth it!

This villa is nestled in a small boutique resort, supported with full housekeeping staff, security, front office and cafe. The cafe makes yummy food. Our family had a great stay here. I highly recommend this place.

I was very warmly welcomed. She always reacted calm and handled everything pretty well. Very kind people and always there to help. Thank you for the nice stay we will definitely come again.

非常漂亮的房子和院子，比图片漂亮。院子里种了各种各样的植物，美观的同时还能保护隐私，各个房间互不打扰。游泳池也很漂亮干净，贴的蓝色马赛克可以反射出五颜六色的光线，大约1.3米深，恒温，现在是冬天，下午和晚上都可以游，孩子们很喜欢。房东还准备了大游泳圈和浮板，大人可以用。室内很干净，我喜欢卫生间的装潢，两面墙壁是水泥，一面墙壁是仿石砖图案的瓷砖，地板用了另一种仿石头的瓷砖拼出菱形；窗户开得很高，没有玻璃、只有窗纱，非常通风。房主和太太很好，很热情。

清迈很热门的民宿whole gain，小红书推荐贴很多，但怎么没人说他家免费早餐这么好吃…… 🌟价格：107一晚，独立房间，两个人的话人均50。但是这个民宿只有两个房间，所以需要提前很久订，不然根本订不到。 🌟位置：民宿就在古城内，距离塔佩门步行10分钟左右，周日一出去就是周日夜市（东西很便宜很好逛）。一楼是咖啡馆，二楼是两个民宿的房间，每天下午17:30结束营业后整栋楼就只有民宿租客在了。 🌟服务：民宿提供免费早餐（见图4），因为本身一楼咖啡馆做餐饮，所以早餐真的很好吃……但民宿不提供洗漱用品，需要自带哦。 🌟环境：房间正常大小，但窗帘不遮光，早上会被亮醒，并且房间隔音不好，能听见隔壁房间的人说话。不过从价格、安全性以及免费又好吃的早餐来说，对于来清迈的女生真的是个不错的选择～
