Ideal for long home office stays: Work desk and Hi Speed150 MB WiFi The building has a gym. The roof-garden terrace is equipped with tables and chairs. You can take the picnic basket that is inside the apartment and take your coffee / breakfast to the roof garden to enjoy the view. There is a car parking space available for our guests. I love contacting my guests to make sure you are enjoying your stay and answering your questions quickly. The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

La San Rafael is a calm and family neighbourhood. The studio is well equipped in order to provided a safe and nice space for people who already know México and when to explore the city in a deeper way. There is no self check-in 24/7. If you flight land after 18:30 pm, please do not book since the check-in can't be done after 20:00 pm.

FOR TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO GET TO KNOW MEXICO CITY, located in the San Rafael neighborhood, just three blocks from the monument to the Revolution where you can enjoy an afternoon in terraces bar, a few steps away you will find theaters, the monument to the mother, Gayosso Sullivan, the Senate of the Republic, the Reforma metro bus, the "Reforma 222" shopping plaza, Zona Rosa and we are 15 minutes from Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Weekly cleaning included every Wednesday for long-term stays.

Completely renovated, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, located on the 3rd floor and 1 parking space. Excellent location in a safe commercial/residential area and very close to Polanco, Condesa and the Historic Center Supermarkets, market, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and San Cosme metro station at hand. Very close access to roads such as Reforma, Insurgentes and Circuito Interior. Housekeeping at the request of the guest. Check-in/out flexibility based on availability.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
