Está situado en un vecindario muy tranquilo y accesible a lugares de interés en la ciudad, Parque Ferreiro, Bar La Maison, Restaurantes, Bancos, Zoológico etc. Soy José Miguel estoy feliz de ser su anfitrión junto con mi familia.

A whole apartment for the price of a room! This is a huge apartment, about 1200 sq ft/120 sq m, in a beautiful building from the 1920s. It sits high up top of a morro in the middle of the Tivoli neighbourhood, looking out over the Bay of Santiago in one direction, and the centre of old Santiago in the other. There are two bedrooms, two double beds, as well as a full kitchen. The building sits on a very quiet street, with no through traffic.

Wir waren zwei Nächte bei Yanet und ihrer Familie, die die ganze Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Es gab auch eine Küche (mit Kühlschrank). Es gibt eine große Dachterasse, die wir benutzen konnten. Perfekt um mit Blick auf Berge, Natur und Strand etwas Yoga zu machen oder ein Buch zu lesen. Die Lage ist perfekt (sehr nah zum Strand und der Stelle, wo die Busse abfahren). Mein Highlight war das Billardspiel mit dem netten Gastgeber (er produziert sehr schöne Billardtische). Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Super friendly hosts, most helpful, always ready to offer practical tips and advice. Thanks to them we finally got taxi collectivo to la playa. Ester and Mikel were always up for a chat, a little singing and Spanish lessons. Agua caliente 🔥 A beautiful garden with stunning plants to relax and great rooms to stay in. Made our trip to Santiago de Cuba very enjoyable. Worth to mention that breakfast was delicious and very generous portion.

Gran experiencia en casa de David! Tanto él como su madre fueron excelentes anfitriones, me recibieron más temprano y extendieron el check out hasta la salida de mi bus. Tuve largas y hermosas charlas con David, me dio indicaciones útiles para moverme por la ciudad. Siempre pendiente de mi comodidad, sin invadir. Cada mañana compartíamos un café de cortesía. La descripción del anuncio coincide con la habitación, en una ubicación cercana a distintos puntos de interés. La cama es muy cómoda y, más allá de eventuales cortes de luz -que no dependen del anfitrión-, me sentí como en casa. Recomendado!

Wir haben uns bei unserem Stop in Santiago sehr wohl gefühlt bei Miguel. Die Unterkunft war sehr idyllisch, das Weinblätter-Dach hat für ein gemütliches Ambiente und reichlich Schatten gesorgt. Miguel und seine Familie waren sehr herzlich. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Santiago werde ich definitiv wieder hierher zurück kommen.

Alfredo and Dianne are extremely kind people who did everything to make us feel at home and comfortable. The space with a patio, fruit trees and a view in front is lovely, the room is clean and cooled, they have wifi and the option to use the kitchen and wash your clothes, transport to stations was offered etc. You will have coffee in the morning and if you're lucky a bite of their delicious cuisine :) Most importantly, you can have interesting conversations and meet these Santiageros as persons. Definitely recomendable!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Silvia war großartig. Nach knapp drei Wochen auf Kuba mit durchwegs positiven Erfahrungen in Privatunterkünften hat sich unsere letzte Station als eine der Besten erwiesen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön - genauso wie der Rest des Hauses. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die herrliche Terrasse. Silvias Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Besonders mochten wir den Traubensaft aus den eigenen Trauben, die uns auf der Terrasse Schatten spendeten. Auch die Lage ist optimal, um Santiago zu erkunden. Vielen vielen Dank für alles, wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
