I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved Joann’s place. It was very clean and looked exactly how the photos look like on her page. The surroundings gave me many choices of fine dining restaurants. Nice area outside, and I felt very safe walking around during the day and night.

It's a small space but in a corner unit with lots of windows on 2 sides. The location is near a park, weekend market and shopping centres with plenty of food choices.

Honestly one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed at. The experience felt like I stayed in a hotel with the quality of everything that was provided by the hosts for their guests (comfiest bed, enough towels and toiletries, free coffee, functional appliances, sleek furniture, fast wifi, etc etc). 10/10 would recommend.

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

This was a rush booking that we had to made the night prior and Abie was really helpful and responsive and even had to book us a parking slot at the last minute. Place was spacious, clean and easy to locate. Water pressure was not a problem too.

We have stayed at this building a couple times. Very convenient location. This room has been one of the best for host instructions and responsiveness as well as very clean. This is a great place to hang your hat while visiting. I would recommend if you like the area.
