Had a wonderful time! The home was exactly as described, very tidy and cozy. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super helpful. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a small space but in a corner unit with lots of windows on 2 sides. The location is near a park, weekend market and shopping centres with plenty of food choices.

Honestly one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed at. The experience felt like I stayed in a hotel with the quality of everything that was provided by the hosts for their guests (comfiest bed, enough towels and toiletries, free coffee, functional appliances, sleek furniture, fast wifi, etc etc). 10/10 would recommend.

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Abie was very helpful and responsive to our needs in the unit, which made the overall experience enjoyable.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my needs! The location couldn't have been better – just a quick 5-minute walk to my training center, which made my mornings so much easier. We have stayed at this building a couple times. Very convenient location. This room has been one of the best for host instructions and responsiveness as well as very clean. This is a great place to hang your hat while visiting. I would recommend if you like the area.
