Each season offers its possibilities, from its cozy fireplace to its barbecues, through a spring full of flowers.

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

"La Margarita" is a charming house, very cozy, built on an old stone barn, fully restored with fine materials. It has a jacuzzi, fireplace, wifi and a small private garden with barbecue. Very close to a swamp and large pine forests: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding or donkey, mushroom picking. Ideal for romantic getaways, relaxing or enjoying as a family.

I live in a beautifull XIX century home in the village of Miraflores de la Sierra, a small town inthe hills of Madrid, sorrounded by an amazing nature with incredible hiking routes, pleasent walks and delicius local gastronomy. Is an independant apatyament were in the summer you can escape the heat enjoying the garden and the swiming pool and in the winter relax in front of the chimney. We are a two minutes walking distance from the center of the village.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

It has a very varied cultural and gastronomic offer, a lively atmosphere at night and quiet to walk, enjoy its terraces in the sun or go shopping. Very well connected.
