Quiet, cozy and an excellent view

Room house with 7 years of construction, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, excellent wifi, terrace, garden, garage for 3 cars, a pool with warm water, in a safe and quiet section very few neighbors, overlooking the spectacular lagoon. It is located 12 minutes from the village of Chapala, 10 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the town of Ajijic and 35 minutes from the intl. airport of Guadalajara. Great weather year-round year-round.

Most of the time when you think of glamping being off-grid comes with it. While you're not exactly off-grid here, as you do have electricity and wifi but you are off the beaten path enough to catch the sunset&sunrise from your dome.

The house is great for those who like nature, tranquility, silence and playing golf!!! Your small and well-behaved pet is welcome in our house!! Just an important fact to take into account is that they do not skip the fence that faces the golf course as it measures 70cm in height. For an additional fee, you can practice golf, yoga, and Latin rhythm classes (information at the clubhouse) and Uber service to the airport.
