Exactly as described. Had a little trouble finding it but response was quick and friendly. Very clean. Only downfall were towels and loud noises in neighborhood. The towels were clean but not soft and absorbent. Would stay again.

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so convenient and the pool was very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back and visit again sometime!

I stayed for a week while my teenage son was attending summer camp. I was able to work on the desk / wifi all day, went out in the evenings for dinner. Will definitively consider coming back for similar stay. Host very responsive.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Carmen was VERY ATTENTIVE ! Myself and my husband absolutely loved the scenery! The beach was lovely and having it 2 min from our location was superb! Also there was a little conflict and Carmen immediately offered a full refund which I declined and instead asked for an amount to be taken off of full amount which Carmen was quick to agree to ! I again loved our stay and anytime we are in PR and this unit is available we will absolutely book here again !

Jeanette and CARLOS from Connecticut was staying at Creb apartment from June 4 to June 11, 2025 . We were very surprised it was very clean and big they had air-conditioning and the check-in and checkout was very simple and very easy. We enjoyed our stay at Creb’s Apartment. My husband originally is from that area when he noticed where the apartment was at: Dos Pinos ! He was very happy. That area /bario is amazing. We was close to everything and the area itself is beautiful and had has huge houses and you can actually walk around the neighborhood and we didn’t even notice that it was right behind his dad‘s House. So, it was very convenient for us. We were very happy. 🥰

Overall a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. However, the listing was a bit misleading regarding parking — the photos show the building’s parking entrance, but parking isn’t actually included. We only realized upon arrival that it mentioned paid parking in the fine print. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the location worked well for us.

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! Host was very responsive and friendly. We did have a small mishap with our water, something with the pipes, but our host immediately accommodated us with gallons of water and came to fix the issue. We had it fixed within an hour. Would recommend for anyone going on a nice getaway.

I'd come back in a heartbeat! This place was just right for our time in Puerto Rico ☺️ it felt cozy and nestled away with a nice space to sit outside. Everything was so organized and clean. Ed and Yesenia explained everything and were super helpful w/ beach recommendations. We hope to be back in Puerto Rico soon!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Honestly this place was amazing not only did it look beautiful, but it felt like home, local places are not that far away from this place and close to the beach. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Manish is an amazing host and his apartment was well stocked with everything. He had a blender, sunscreen, bug spray, full kitchen, and even had some bacardi in the liquor cabinet! We felt at home and didnt need much while we were there. Manish communicated the check in instructions clearly through videos which made check in easy. It was really easy to go to the beach, but I recommend getting out there early to get an umbrella. Also, be aware this part of the beach is a party area.

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.
