Beach condo vacation rentals in San Juan

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, having a personal parking spot was A+++ as parking is tight on the street. Condo was clean, plenty of hot water and the air conditioner worked perfectly! Ocean front view are picture perfect. Beach access is easy and she has chairs and items to use at beach. Communication was fast and clear. No complaints. We had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

The location was perfect in so many ways, the beach access made it so that going to the beach wasn’t an hours long process and since it’s semi private there’s always room. There are a ton of food and store options walking distance, all the night life options are $5-$15 uber ride. But also offered free parking so I could rent a car without worrying about parking to explore further out places. The Airbnb was well stocked, clean, the view is amazing. Marisabel was wonderful responsive and thoughtful Definitely one of the high lights of my trip!

Ana’s place was perfect for our gateway to get around San Juan, travelling to el yunque, and close to the sju airport. The place had everything you would need to have great beach days- yeti tumbler, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. and the beach was nice-although be careful of some rocks in the ocean. The pool area is amazing-the posted pictures don’t do it justice. Overall, this was a perfect rental and Ana exceeded every expectation especially in hospitality- giving us flexible checking, great local recommendations, and clear instructions.

Our stay at this studio apartment in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, the bed was cozy, and all the amenities made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the stunning surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The location was also fantastic. We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place and exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was super clean and everything was so well thought out and decorated. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There are a few local spots for food, but the kitchen was really well stocked and great for cooking at home. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to PR. Thank you for hosting us!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

Lynnette's place was beautiful inside and out, from the decor to the ambiance. The view of the beach is breath taking, and the location was perfect. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants and groceries. We had one issue with the toilet; Plummer was there the next day. I was also happy to Have Coffee :) when we entered the apartment. This apartment is stunning - exactly as pictured. The ceilings are so high and the way the historical details have been preserved is beautiful. The AC was superb in every room despite the high-80s outside. The King in the master was super comfy as well as the living room couches. The office was perfect for remote work. We cooked a bit and the kitchen was well equipped with an espresso machine, salt, pepper, oil, sugar. As with most places in PR, there are tiny sugar ants everywhere, the Wi-Fi went out a couple times, but we were working 2 full days, so most people wouldn't notice. The evening noise levels are intense - La Taberna Lúpulo & PapiJoes downstairs both blare their music 7p until 1-2am so much so that the front bedroom vibrates a bit with bass. Also, bring your sleep mask, the sun rises early and fills both bedrooms. Ending positively - the crown jewel was the ROOFTOP! Unmatched water/fort/mountain views on 3 sides + comfy furniture. Our best dinners were takeout upstairs!

Great place! It was super clean, the beach was just steps away, and has multiple restaurants nearby. Will definitely book again!
