Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Joel’s place! The beachfront location was perfect, and it was a great spot for our family getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cool and refreshing, and kitchen amenities were available for us to use, which made our stay even more convenient. Our kids had so much fun throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kuya Jonathan and his wife—they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The place was clean. Finding the place is also easy as the place has this big signage. Check in was also smooth. Owner is also responsive and easy to talk to. Very recommendable.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

Safe parking space, all the staff were nice, and the unit is meticulously maintained! We had a great view while chatting with friends. The living room view was superb! Very nice to wake up with a sea view. And the beach is perfect for my 3 year old son - no strong waves!

The house was clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the place was very spacious. The Wi-Fi was also good as one of my friends had to work during our stay and didn't have any problems. It really felt like home. The location was also very convenient. It was very peaceful, yet very accessible as well since it's just a few mins walk to the main road and the beach. There was a sari-sari store a few blocks away from the house, and a 7-Eleven across the street when you get to the main road. There were several local restaurants around the vicinity that served good food as well. Although Ms. Apple Charmie wasn't in the area during our stay, she was still easy to reach out to. Her aunt also lives on the upper floor and was also very accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! I would definitely consider staying here again if we ever end up at San Juan again in the future!

We had a great experience. There are 3 sinks, 2 bathrooms, comfy and airconditioned bedrooms, nice interior, they provided us towels and other toiletries, with drinking water provided, and a complete kitchen sets where you can cook. Also, the mother of charrie was also accommodating. However, during our stay, we had our unexpected experience. In the morning, there is no water in the house. It's not that there are no supplies, but a malfunction in the water pump which troubleshoot is needed. Also, their internet connection has a very poor performance and their television is not a smart one and no netflix (well it's not in the list anyway. We just expected things). In terms of location, it's not hard to find but it's not accessible in transportation and not near in tourist spots. It's a good thing that we rented a service to get here. It's 20-30mins aways from San Juan, La Union by the way. Nonetheless, we still had fun and highly recommended. Thank you.

The host is very responsive to my queries. The staff are helpful too. The place is beautiful as seen on the pictures posted. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family. We were a big group of 30 pax and everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable with the place. We love the place!

Reasons to book Casa El Chico: 1.) Neil was an excellent host. He’s accommodating, kind, and simple to communicate with. 2.) The house has plenty of space and is clean. 3.) We can cook and prepare our meals. 4.) There are plenty of clean bathrooms, and the water pressure is excellent even when we're all using it at the same time. 5.) The rooms are extremely comfy and tidy. 6.) There are board games! We will definitely book again!

The property was clean and conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from the beach. While there is only one parking spot directly in front of the townhouse, additional parking is available within a 2-minute walking distance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Henry’s property and would recommend it to others

It’s best for a family to stay. There’s a lot of bed. I think it’s better if you included towels. We can cook and even grill. There’s a sufficient bathroom and washroom. The area near the market so you save on food. Overall it’s great!

for a group of 6 people, the airbnb place is a well-suited accommodation for our trip. the house is very spacious, clean, and has a cozy ambiance. the interiors are designed conveniently as well, catered to multiple users with several power outlets, complete amenities as listed, and functional appliances. the host, ms. lorelie, easily answered our questions before our stay and the caretaker, sir jonathan, has been very approachable when we had some concerns during the stay as well. unfortunately, the date of our trip to la union has been affected due to a 12-hour scheduled power outage in the area. they informed us about the outage prior to this. they have been considerate to our situation and accommodated our needs for the unexpected utility inconveniences. overall, the service has been pleasant for us and we'll definitely visit again in the future when they expand their premises :)

We had an absolute best time during our stay in this villa. It's that kind of place where your expectations is at par with reality. It was exactly how it was advertised and we are so glad that we found this gem in Bacnotan. It made our first family trip to La Union one for the books. We loved being here. We really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Condo. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtfully prepared brochure that included check-in/out guidelines, nearby tourist spots, things to do, and recommended places to eat. The place was spotless and had all the essential and I especially loved that they provided comforters. They even had picnic mats, which we brought to Camp John Hay, and a variety of board games that my son enjoyed. The space is clearly well thought out, even including utensils for kids. The host also went above and beyond by preparing a blanket for my baby, knowing I was traveling with an infant. The attention to detail reminded me of the listings we've rented in Japan—simply perfect. We’ll definitely book this place again and recommend it to our friends and loved ones.

The apartment is absolutely stunning. It suited my partner and son too and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Hope to visit again sometime in the future :)

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — even better than the pictures. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. There was a brief power and water interruption during our stay, but the host went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and informed. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure everything was back to normal as soon as possible. I really appreciated her kindness and hospitality throughout. Despite the minor hiccup, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!

Everything matched my expectations. The room is quiet, and it's easy to walk to SM Mall and Burnham Park. Everything you need is in teh condo.

It was a nice and cozy place, the host were responsive and friendly mam lexie was very considerate.. they even provide dishwashing soap and hand wash its a plus for me.. we would probably recommend and will book again💜
