Vacation rentals with a patio in La Union

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

The T-House exceeded our expectations. It's probably the best I've stayed in LU. +Amazing host and staff! Will defenitely book again. 🫶🏻

The place is so clean and the host is very responsive.

The apartment units are clean and pleasant. Good ambience and interior designs. The kitchen utensils are complete and we were able to cook our breakfast! We just had a bit of struggle on parking since we have two vans and one of it is lowered but nonetheless, our stay was smooth and fine. The caretaker assisted us immediately and was proactive. Ms. Nova is very accommodating, she replies quickly and is always ready to assist. 💕 Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Baguio! Thank you! 🫶

note that Host need 500php deposit for pet . it was a nice stay and it's walking distance from Dragon Treasure Castle . We're in front of jeep terminal . We were able to cook good meals for the fam ☺️

Our furbaby was happy and our Senior Mother was as well. Area is perfect for those looking for a more quiet and private place (it’s inside a gated village), while still being near Baguio’s attractions and park. WiFi was good. We extended our stay! 🙂 This was such a cozy home, and our stay was made homier by our gracious hosts, Sir Nico, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Sharon. Big thank you to sir Nico who gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do (+great conversations!).

This place is awesome! Value for money indeed. Complete with everything we need. And even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked for a work desk and chair they immediately provided it. Our pets also had a good time because they have spacious garden areas where they could run around. Temperature is chilly, which we love. So close to Mirador Eco Park (walking distance) and downtown (short drive). They are generous with their supplies (toilet paper and kitchen, dishwashing, sponge, etc). They also provide free mineral water and has a hot and cold dispenser. The owner and staff were very courteous and reliable. Quick to answer our questions and address our requests. They also have laundry services, netflix, gaming console and the parking is spacious. We will definitely come back!

Reasons to book Casa El Chico: 1.) Neil was an excellent host. He’s accommodating, kind, and simple to communicate with. 2.) The house has plenty of space and is clean. 3.) We can cook and prepare our meals. 4.) There are plenty of clean bathrooms, and the water pressure is excellent even when we're all using it at the same time. 5.) The rooms are extremely comfy and tidy. 6.) There are board games! We will definitely book again!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

A Perfect Baguio Getaway! Our stay at the Gray House in Baguio was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had an easy check-in because of the clear instructions. The house itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a true home away from home, with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Baguio’s main attractions. Waking up to the cool mountain breeze and sipping coffee with a view was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Gray House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Baguio!

very responsive si miss Nia since from the start na magbook ako hanggang sa mag check out kami very nice peaceful place unit smells good pagpasok namin pati narin yung cr complete lahat from toiletries kitchen needs a little bit far from town proper 10-15mins depending on traffic but very accessible sya sa taxi at jeeps kaya OK lang may convenience store sa harap may karindirya . I really love her place me and my family enjoyed our 5 days stay at this unit we'll probably go back again next time...

The unit was clean and the bed was comfy. Basic toiletries were there as well as cotton balls and cotton buds. There was no foul smell, and price paid for the stay was worth it! Francis was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. I would like to stay at this unit when I travel to Baguio again, and I would also recommend this to my friends and family who have plans to visit Baguio.

It was our 3rd time that we stayed in Green Valley but our first time at Ms. Shery/Sir Romano’s place. The unit is very cozy and complete. Plus it was perfect because my nephew enjoyed the playground in front of the unit. The parking space is spacious. The environment is clean and peaceful. Highly recommended place to stay in Baguio, especially if you have your own private vehicle/s.

Godd ambiance, a peaceful place. complete kitchen utensils, and it feels like you are at home. However, this place is hard to locate for the first time. 10/10

Booked the place very late kasi biglaang akyat lang din kami sa Baguio. I booked it around 10pm ata and arrived almost 1am. Good thing its a self check in unit kasi i dont like disturbing host din very late at night. The unit is very spacious that i think it can accommodate 15 guests or more. We were only 7 so super luwag ng unit and very clean, the view was really nice esp the morning. The rate is actually cheap kaht maganda ang place. My friends loved the unit as well and enjoyed it. The host is very responsive kahit midnight na. Super thank you po for accommodating us!

Jennifer’s place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Baguio City proper. It is much colder than the city proper. Host is warm and accommodating. The rental rate is very affordable. It is easily accessible by taxis and Grab cars. We definitely enjoyed our stay at her place. Highly recommended.

Friendly neighborhood and the host was responsive. Slightly hard to park when fully booked. Slow internet connection but sufficed. Strong odor of moth balls causing slight allergies, but no insects or pests sighted. Overall, the stay was great.

We'll surely be back soon. Place is clean and it has a nice balcony view.
