Villa vacation rentals in San Juan

The place was spacious and very beautiful. The sleeping area was more than enough for our family of 10. We were able to settle well and the pool was also big. The place was walkable to the beach and we were able to swim both in the beach and the pool with no issues. There are also billiards table and the karaoke machine available and ready to use. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed the experience. Just watch out for the electricity which was turning on and off for a bit at night during our stay but the backup generator was able to provide us electricity immediately after. But overall experience, the place is great and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

We had a magical Holy Week stay at Amaroo Villa in Amadeo, Cavite. The place is surrounded by nature. It was peaceful, beautiful, and felt like it came straight out of a fairy tale! Perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, fresh towels, grill and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. We loved preparing our own meals and just enjoying the calm. Everyone we met was lovely. Vanessa was super accommodating and easy to talk to, Ms. Malen warmly welcomed and sent us off, and Kuya Jun was helpful and fun to chat with. We even got to meet the owner and hear his passion on building the villa. Plus, as dog lovers, we were so happy to be visited from time to time by their friendly, well-behaved dogs. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend Amaroo Villa for a serene getaway! Thanks again Vanessa for accommodating us! We truly appreciate it!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a hidden gem — it really made us feel one with nature. It was perfect for our event and a great spot for bonding with friends and family. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a calm, refreshing space right within the same city. A few areas for improvement: • Too many insects at night — screen doors would really help. • The main house gets quite hot even at night; air conditioning would be a big plus. • The kitchen lacked properly grounded outlets, which made using appliances tricky. • A heated pool would be a great addition, especially for night swims. Despite these, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. With a few upgrades, this could easily be a 5-star getaway. Highly recommended! electric sockets.

This villa was truly exceptional, exceeding our expectations for amenities, security, and overall comfort. It's surprising to find such a gem so close to home! The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped—literally everything you could need, from high-quality silverware to a turbo oven. The entire villa was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke, with a great selection of up-to-date songs. The late-night grilling was a highlight, and we appreciated the extra charcoal provided by Joel. The internet was fast and reliable across the property, though we experienced a brief overnight interruption (no fault of the host). The access road's steepness requires a reliable vehicle with good brakes. We had a delightful conversation with Miss Rasette upon checkout. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay! We'll definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you, Sir Joel, for a wonderful experience!

Had a nice stay! There were just some cockroaches near the pool and by the bed that bothered us. But overall it was a good stay and a nice play! The owners were very responsive and friendly as well!

We enjoyed Jet’s place. The place is bigger in person than what it seems in the photos; very spacious indeed. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the sounds of nature. The swimming pool refreahing and clean. Will definitely stay here again. :)

The place was clean and very homey.

Paul's space is very fit for family, small gathering of 14 or less... the sorroundings are well maintained and adds to attractiveness of the place. Amenities are all well thought and needed equipments are all available. We book just few hours of our trip but they manage to prepare in outstanding manner... as there is on going maintenance work in the road leading to the place, Paul patiently guide us till we reach the place. kuya Arman and ate Babi, the caretakers are all very helpful towards our stay... Over-all we are extra satisfied with this place.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful Nordic Loft For positive comment- maybe need to create an easy acces from karaoke room to the main dining/sala. Not to divide the guest

We stayed at the villa for one night with our family group of 35 people, and overall, it was truly worth it. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and ambiance. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were complete, and the common areas were perfect for bonding and relaxation. One thing we noticed, however, was that the beach area had quite a bit of trash scattered around. It would be great if the management or local authorities could regularly clean the shoreline to match the beauty of the villa. Despite that, the view of the sea was still beautiful, especially during sunset. We really appreciated how the villa could comfortably accommodate a large group like ours. There were enough facilities and spaces for everyone to enjoy, whether for lounging, dining, or just hanging out. It’s definitely a great spot for reunions or group getaways. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we’ll comeback!

We rented the entire place and it was absolutely lovely. Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely beach front view. The kids loved the pool. Caretakers were very helpful and kind 😊 Highly recommend booking this place 😊

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

The place exceeds over and beyond our expectations. It’s a haven for family bonding. The kids and the olds will not run out of things to do and explore. Whether you plan to have fun and experience the beauty and calmness of nature,,this is the perfect place to be. We will definitely come back and recommend this gorgeous home away from home.

Ang linis ng place at maganda. Daming upuan and lounge areas. Good for groups. Ang init ng tubig sa pool. Ang sarap tumambay. Nasa pool kami until 1am. Mabait din yung kapatid ng host na nag-assist sa amin pag dating namin.

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

It was great. We were able to cook our meals, bathrooms are clean and it comes with necessities (Shampoo and soaps), and they have provided the sink with towels to dry the plates and utensil even soap dish was available to clean after our mess. The caretakers were very helpful. 100% Value for Money.

Our stay at Casa Prima was fantastic! Atty. Rainier and Mr. Mhoy, plus the caretakers, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even showed us the villa compound. They were all so accommodating. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Atty was always available to answer all our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Michael is a great host, he was very responsive to all my queries. I requested if we can check in early and he granted my request quickly. The house is very clean, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, ac and wifi are working good. The pool is clean and nice, water is clean and there are enough bathrooms outside that the guests can use. Overall our stay was full of fun and memorable one. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful, clean and spacious private resort for a family gatherings or celebration.

There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.
