This place is definitely worth the price! It looks exactly like what’s shown in the listing — peaceful, private, and very clean. My team and I really loved our stay here, and they even said we made the right choice for our team outing. The bed feels hotel-like, the bathroom is spotless, and the bedroom is tucked away enough that only minimal noise can be heard — perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, which made cooking easy. The griller was also a big plus since we didn’t bring our own. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions, especially on what we could bring. Most essentials were already available, especially in the kitchen. We didn’t get to fully explore the place as most of us arrived late — sayang the game room! Also, a heads-up: the property is downhill, so expect a good number of stairs. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

The place is really nice, with the beach view, very clean, aesthetic and cozy. Upon check-in, we’re welcomed by Jing who’s very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Our whole stay is stress-free. They have everything one needs like home. One thing I hope they have is water dispenser, aside from that, I can’t ask for anything more. Two thumbs-up for Costa Sambali.

Had a lovely time at the villa. A lovely space and very relaxing and enjoyable. With a bit of rain each day the path out onto the road was quite muddy and wet, but easy enough to navigate with a scooter. Definitely recommend organising a scooter through the Villa too as it makes it much simpler to have transport ready to go. Overall definitely recommend and is a great stay.

We’ve enjoyed our stay at Peter Jerome’s place, especially the kids. Very responsive hosts.

Great location, close to the city, one day holiday and multiple people worth it, not wasting time on traffic. The room, living room are clean, the pool is also very clean, there is a good dog meat rack, If there is still a need, this listing will be considered the first time

We had a wonderful stay at Araya Beach Casas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas are in excellent condition and amenities and equipment are well provided for. The beach was in front of the property, only a few steps from the villa.

We had a great stay at this spacious and cozy villa. The pool was big and very clean. We were warmly greeted with suman and fresh buko juice when we arrived - such a nice and personal touch! The place was very clean, well-kept, and felt just like home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! ☺️

This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. We were greeted warmly by the caretakers and even offer their assistance with grilling our bbqs and buying other items. The villa was clean and felt like a hotel accommodation which made us stay comfortably. More powers to the host and the caretakers!

What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding service we received. Jo Ann was a phenomenal host – warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, offering wonderful recommendations and always being available when needed. Her hospitality made us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. This was hands down one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re already dreaming of returning.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

The location is peaceful and quiet. Away from the crowd and is almost at the end of the beach -which was exactly what we wanted. Our family had a reunion at Boracay and we chose Mayumi Beach Villa as our home away from home. We had family who have not been together in one place for 35 years and we wanted a house where we could truly relax and enjoy our time together. This Airbnb is exactly as the pictures posted. We comfortably fit 10 of us in this house. The villa is extremely clean and well maintained thanks to the staff. Mark and Junemark were amazing. They helped our family get settled from the beginning of our trip. They provided a welcoming and hospitable environment for our family to enjoy our time together without the stress of figuring out what to eat and even down to the hassle of booking activities. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

Our team stayed at this place and had a great time! The space was nice, located in a good neighborhood, and the host was very responsive. The kitchen had complete tools which made meal prep easy, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Everyone really enjoyed the stay—highly recommended!

We stayed at Paradise Blanc with a group of 9 and the place was really nice. It's in a relatively quiet area, but close to the beach. The housekeeper, Vince, was super helpful and always friendly - he even got rid of a large spider for us. They accommodated both early check-in and late check-out for us, which was super convenient due to how the transport from and to the airport works.

One of the best listings not just in Amadeo, Cavite but also near Metro Manila. The location is easy to find, great place, clean and spacious! Lots of things to do! The pool, the parking space, billiard, the comfort, everything is provided up to kitchen needs. We had an amazing celebration for my father’s birthday and the place is perfect! Ate Rhoda took really nice of answering and providing our needs. My family and I can’t wait to go back! Definitely will book again someday! God bless! ❤️

Collin's place is clean and beautiful. The house is relatively new with complete kitchen and dining amenities. Linens, beddings, curtains look newly-washed. Collin has set very clear guidelines regarding the use of the house, which I appreciate. Communication is easy, from booking to check-out. Ate Maru also welcomed us and made our stay comfortable.

I wanna start by saying it is my first time booking a place that looks exactly the same as the photos being advertised/listed. It is worth every penny! I love how homey and modern it is. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Loved the kitchen too! Oh my and the staff were so helpful and kind. I would love to go back again. My husband and I enjoyed a 2 nights stay and wishing we could extend more. This will be on my fav lists for sure. Thanks to Diego as well for being responsive and for giving us all the info needed. 10/10 would recommend!
