we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

I highly recommend this place for your family/friends' vacation. Host is super responsive to all of our inquiries and the place is very neat. All amenities are spot on and they are well maintained. Caretaker is friendly as well.

Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

We had a great time with the family at Cedara Home, there’s much to do, we enjoyed the videoke, kids were playing video games while all the rest are having fun at the pool. Complete kitchen needs were provided and the house was so clean and has a charm of its own. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Mano Lito and Cruzer were all very responsive and made sure to provide us with the best experiences! Will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place when you want a private spacious, near the beach house with a big pool for the family!

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

We had a wonderful stay! Ate Bituin was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always ready to assist with anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Huge thanks as well to Sir Dino for allowing us to check out a little late—it really helped us a lot and was very much appreciated. The location was perfect—very close to popular spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Taal right from our room. Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back.

Ang ganda at ang cozy ng vibes inside the unit, ang bait & friendly ng staff very accommodating nag karon lang ng onting hassle sa lobby due to unexpected meeting daw at hindi alam ng host kaya natagalan kami. All in all it exceed our expectation thank you so much.👌🙂

We came back for another stay — this time, we booked two of their villa properties, one for our small family and the other for my husband’s side of the family. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun getaway together! Each villa was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private pool. We loved having the extra space to unwind, and the girls especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The villas were clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were such a refreshing escape from the city. Just a heads-up though — since you're close to nature, expect quite a few insects. Bringing insect repellent definitely helps! As always, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the calm and quiet setting, you still have city conveniences nearby like SM Lipa and Grab delivery. It’s definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

Definitely one of the bests unit stayed in. True to life photos. Has beautiful taal view and noticed also how unit seem to be bigger compared to others we stayed before in wind. clean, organized and has pretty interiors and furnitures.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!

I enjoyed the condo. It was equipped with everything you needed. The view was amazing. I would stay there again.
