Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Joaquin River

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Kathleen was a fantastic host: responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout, especially for some of the requests we made. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice and quiet stay near the University and close to many offices in the South Bay area. Clean and well kept. Be mindful it is a basement and there could be folks above you, but it didn’t bother me. Would recommend!

Had a great stay in Sanger here. Location is nice and very quiet. You are connected to another unit of sorts but it didn't seem to be an issue during the stay. Inside everything was cleaned properly, AC/Heating worked well. Restroom/Shower was perfect and even had shower instructions on the glass. Good water pressure. Patio/Balcony and outside areas could use a little cleaning (especially the seating) but overall this was a great stay. I'd definitely come again if I was in the area, the horses and other animals were beautiful and could be seen through the balcony window throughout the day! :))

Our two-night stay at the Lavender Farmhouse was great. Our family (7) guests were all extremely comfortable during our short stay. We all agreed that we would recommend the Lavender Farmhouse to our family and friends and that we would return. Although we were busy during our stay with a wedding, we still managed to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. Thank you to our hosts, Jeff and Ashley.

The house is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. On warm summer nights, we were able to sleep with the windows open, and the only thing that woke us up was the sound of birds singing. We spent a lot of time in the apartment during our stay and were able to cook simple meals. We had everything we needed to do it well.

This is an excellent house. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace on the outside balcony. The host was quick to respond, and also accommodated a delayed checkout time. The location is walkable to all the main restaurants in Shaver Lake, which has excellent food. It's a 10 minute drive to the Shaver Lake marina. There are tons and tons of amazing day hikes less than 30 minutes from this location.

Our stay was very pleasant, neighbors were friendly and all in all we felt safe during our stay. The house came with everything we needed to make meals and spend time with our kids. The area was close to shopping and the freeway. Very easy to get around town.

Amazing BnB! Elizabeth was responsive, warm and helpful. We loved living in her home! Everything was immaculate, my family raved about all the beautiful touches in well organized rooms. The antique furniture and look was very inviting. Kitchen was well stocked. There were fruits, dry goods, milk/eggs in the fridge that came really handy when we ran out of time and restaurants were closed. There is a restaurant right next to it, coffee shop and book stores at a walking distance. Lovers point is so close and was beautiful! Don't second guess, book the place! Its worth all the high ratings and reviews.

Denise was a great host. She met with me at check-in and walked me through her home which was great. The room was comfortable and private. Sometimes parking is hard to find but the complex is well lit so I always felt safe, however, I did need a flashlight to unlock the doors to the unit and my room at night. Overall my week there was great and I highly recommend Denise as a host.

Fantastic place! So many excellent little touches! The pool and hot tub were perfect temp, the view was great, the food/treats were a great addition, and the place was super cozy. We loved the place/host and would for sure stay again.

All I can say is WOW. This place is amazing. You won’t regret staying here. Beautiful surroundings, secluded, cozy, warm and inviting apartment that just makes you feel at home, maybe even better than home. It has everything you need, so don’t worry. It’s very close to the valley too. I enjoyed every minute of it. Alexey is an amazing host that gives you great instructions, takes care of you personally and makes you feel at home. Yosemite is magical already, and having a great place to stay just makes the whole experience perfect!! Don’t settle for a run down hotel in the valley, stay here! We sure will be staying here again! Great location and really convenient prepacked breakfast

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

Susan and her boyfriend were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. They helped with directions to Yosemite which was very very helpful. Made me feel right at home and very safe. Invited me to eat with friends, made me breakfast and packed me travel snacks. I left wishing I had more time there and as though I had made a new friend.

This is what AirBnb was meant to be. Our stay at Shelley’s felt like an adult version of staying at your grandma’s place for the weekend. Her hospitality, home cooked meals and beautiful doggos made this experience one of a kind. Shelley filled our weekend with horseback riding, cherry picking and puppy playtime. The property is well kept and spacious. The room is intimate and the bed is soo comfy. It’s empowering that Shelley is able to take care of this farm on her own. We’ll be recommending this place to all our friends. If you’re a dog lover in the Bay Area, definitely consider this AirBnb for an unforgettable weekend getaway!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

I can't praise this place or Bette enough. Bette was very responsive as we were traveling into Yosemite, and made us a wonderful breakfast both days that we were staying with her. In fact, the first day we left for an early hike, and so Bette prepared us packed breakfasts in advance that carried us through much of the hike. Beyond the great hosting and accommodations, Bette also had a lot of great advice about hikes and wonderful stories to share. We had a wonderful weekend — highly recommend!!

Katharine and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, everything was very clean and well organized! She also gave us a great local wine as a welcome gift.

I stayed at Madelyn's place for one night before going on a short backpacking trip in Henry Coe SP. My stay exceeded all expectations - it was comfortable, restful, and set me up perfectly for my trip. Madelyn was communicative from the start, met me in person when I checked in, and even made me breakfast with ingredients sourced from her own in-house farm. It was a really enchanting experience and I'm hoping to be able to return if I have the chance!

Loved our tranquil stay here!! The space was super close to downtown Aptos and many hiking spots which made it easy to go in and out. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and everything we hoped for on our quick getaway. Would stay again!

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
