It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

We highly recommend Lucas‘s place. The apartment was in a central, but quiet, location. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. The apartment appears to be recently renovated. Everything was in very good condition. There are two air-conditioning units in the apartment. One unit is in the hallway outside the bedrooms - if you keep the bedroom doors open the bedrooms cool very well. Supermarket and interesting places to have a drink or food are right around the corner. Luca always responded quickly to our messages.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Thank you , Elvis , for the treats and being a wonderful host A+

We absolutely loved our time at Anna’s tiny home. It was a perfect size for the two of us and the little garden outside was a lovely addition. We especially enjoyed being able to dry our laundry outside. Anna’s place is in a great location - close to restaurants that are not just for tourists, but also a short walk to the tourist area or public transit. Anna met us for check in and gave us several ideas for what to do with our time in Trieste - we ended up doing everything she suggested and had a great visit. Would absolutely come again.

Perfect place to stay with warm hosts. We felt very comfortable and the small luxury apartment. Everything you need. Everything clean and well thought through. We were able to reach the Lipica stud farm and the caves by bike. A supermarket with rolls is within walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful time.
