Jeff was a wonderful host. Best host I’ve booked with during my Airbnb experiences. House was very clean and tidy. Very spacious. Jeff was very responsive from the time I booked till the time I checked out he was an outstanding host I will book with him everytime I come to visit California.

Our stay in the place was incredible and pleasant. Happy provided all the amenities and were responsive on all things we requested. The neighbourhood is quiet and accessible. The rooms are comfortable and well-put. We will definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay .. just be aware that you have a fleet of stairs to get to the First Floor (Hall and Dining) and another fleet of stairs to the second floor for the bedrooms.

Great location and a wonderful unit (more spacious than we expected) with all amenities we would need. Easy safe parking too. Daniel was extremely easy to communicate with and we definitely hope to stay in this unit again. Thank you for a great stay!

My group and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was hands down the most comfortable Airbnb experience I ever had due to many reasons like the cleanliness, amazing beds, spacious living area, easy check in, nice bathrooms, cute decor, and the STOCKED seasoning cabinet. We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

It was a comfortable stay for our group. We had everything we needed for the weekend.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

Nos alojamos tres personas, estuvimos muy cómodos. El departamento cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que uno pueda imaginar para prepararse lo que necesite y están impecables. Los espacios son muy amplios y con muy buena luminosidad. Volvería sin ninguna duda. La respuesta de los anfitriones fue precisa e inmediata para cualquier consulta. El aparcamiento fue cómodo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Loved our stay! Everything was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. House smelled very nice and the showers were roomy with good water temperature after a day out site seeing. The pool and hot tub were accessible and a great amenity for our time there. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Glad we picked this spot for our stay. Next time we are in the area, we will book again. Thank you!

El apartamento es igual a las fotos publicadas, fácil de encontrar. Todo estaba ordenado y limpio, la zona con mucho ambiente agradable para salir a comer y super y farmacias cerca. Muy grande el área de estar sala grande y cocina muy bien equipada.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Great Host!

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!
