This place is magical. There’s a creek in the backyard and surrounded by trees. You feel so far away from everything, but there’s a grocery not too far. The coffee shop right down the street is also very good. 10/10 would come back

Loved staying in the tree house! It was a great way to impress our son on our first night in California!

Gordon’s home was incredible! The drive up to the home is beyond stunning and when you walk through the gate of the property it felt like you were in another world entirely! The views off the deck, the garden, the hot tub and so much more were all magical! Inside the home also made you feel right at home! The added sound system you could connect to inside was delightful as well! Their love and effort put into this little getaway spot definitely shows. Had a 12/10 experience with my partner! Can’t wait to visit this place again! Purely spectacular!

Sally Ann's place is perfect for exploring Mill Valley and the broader Marin area. Three adults and two kids stayed here very comfortably in April 2025. It's conveniently located on the Main Street in Mill Valley so is walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants but it's tucked up into the hillside so it feels very private and peaceful. Beautiful garden and patio that two of the bedrooms open up to, with a warm and inviting space throughout the interior. Sally was a helpful and extremely responsive host. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back!

We had the most special weekend with friends at Britta’s house! It’s such a cozy property with incredible views of the river. Everything was exactly as described and perfectly clean. Being able to just walk down to the river and enjoy our morning coffee there was such a treat. And the proximity to downtown Healdsburg and wineries made it a great location for all of our weekend activities. Britta and Blake were extremely responsive and great to communicate with too. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate - it’s truly such a beautiful escape from the city and we can’t recommend it enough!

Definitely screen shot the directions provided. Cell service is spotty. It’s street parking with a walk down the ramp to get to the front door. I recommend bringing a cart if you have a lot of loose items or if you’ll be making multiple trips to the car. Home is as pictured. We loved it! The heater works great. Water pressure was good. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (utensils, pots & pans, cutting boards, cups, etc). The bbq grill was cleaner than ours! Beds were comfy and everyone slept well. There were two washers and two dryers which is generous with detergent and dryer sheets. Game room was fun. We played pool and darts. Wifi is strong. We streamed Disney+ with no issues. We didn’t utilize the hot tub so can’t say anything about it but it’s pretty big. Bodega Bay was only 20-30 min away and we enjoyed the state beach. There’s wineries as well (on our to-do for the next visit). We look forward to visiting again! I’d say more but I’m out of room!

Everything from check in to check out was seamless. The house was very charming, clean and was exactly as described. It was well stocked with amenities and supplies. There were even extra board games and blankets, fire pits and great porches to sit outside and enjoy. The hottub was amazing. The surroundings of the house were peaceful and beautiful, lots of trees and calming forest vibes. We saw deer too! Guerneville town is super close with lots of restaurants. It was also a short drive to the wineries we wanted to visit for my birthday. And the Russian River is walkable of a short drive away. Definitely recommend this gem!

This is a lovely place with such historic charm. Truly a gem in Modesto and really cool design that needs to be kept up. There are somethings that need to be attended to, and I’m confident they will make changes noted to them. I rented it the night before for the next day so I know that played a role and at the same time, if it’s available then it should be ready. We didn’t get to utilize all the things shared as cool features as they weren’t working. Overall, I would stay again on the premise that certain things are fixed as it’s a beautiful home near my family.

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful spot! Eoin was very responsive and was very helpful when we had a special request. The area is very quiet and just what we were looking for.

A very peaceful and unique getaway! What an amazing tree house, I love the fact that there are so many visible tree trunks, inside! I marvel at the imagination and determination it took to build this. They have a book there that shows pictures of various tree houses around the world. Now I have the tree house bug and want to stay in a few more. They all have so much character! The built in heater made it quite cozy in the evenings and the bed is very comfortable. The outdoor tub next to the cabin gets nice and hot and was a special treat to soak in after dinner. It’s an extra bonus to have use of a full kitchen in the cabin below so we ate our breakfasts (Caffe Mezza Luna has great baked goods you can take with you) and lunch there too. We wanted to soak in the surroundings while still going out later to explore the beaches and good restaurants for dinner. I highly recommend booking this tree house for anyone seeking out a memorable and unique place to stay.

What a beautiful place! This tree-house has the comfort of home. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the surrounding. Every evening, we looked forward to getting back home and having our tea on the patio with all the redwoods around. The house is very well taken care of, well thought and well equipped. We had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again.

Great spot! Even better than it looks in the pictures. Everything is clean and well stocked. Property is very unique and it is clear that a lot of care went into setting this place up.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, highly recommend! We’ve haven’t had the best experiences with Airbnb in the past, but Bethany’s tree fort was amazing. This retreat was peaceful and had impressive little touches - like a hair towel wrap (I forgot mine), snacks, and s’mores station. We’ve already sent the ig/link to many family and friends. Thanks for the great getaway!

This is a beautiful home situated in the hills. It sits at the end of a private driveway. The instructions for checking in were clear east to follow. The home is a little older than it seems in the photos, but everything is as described. It’s a perfect escape in Mill Valley. We were traveling with two toddlers and it was magical to see deer right outside the kitchen window as we made breakfast each morning. Would recommend as a stay close to the Tam Junction. 10min away from downtown Mill Valley. Thank you Tasha and Rob!

Robin was amazing from start to finish, even giving us a tour of her beautiful vineyard along with the cute pups as well. The treehouse was something to talk about and was an epic stay! The sunset was spectacular and seeing the fog under you because you’re so high up was something to experience. Robins so welcome and shows so much love to her vineyard and her family! 5 stars without a doubt!
