Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this home - it was the perfect retreat for four of us and a pup. The spacious backyard was a dream for our dog, and the four bedrooms offered plenty of comfort and privacy for both couples. Silvia was a responsive and thoughtful host, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped space for a group of friends or family.

Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

The house was clean and the pictures matched the condition. The best part was how thoughtful and kind the host Fred was. I messaged him asking if they had dishwasher detergent and a wine opener. A wine opener is not something a host absolutely needs to provide; however, Fred had housekeeping drop it off in the evening with the dishwasher detergent. We had already bought one by then which was cheap and I was totally OK with it, but he still offered to reimburse us. He was responsive and answered questions promptly. We requested early check-in and he mentioned that he could not promise it, but would do his best to accommodate, based on housekeeping schedule and he did. The kitchen was very well stocked with clean plates, plenty of glasses/bowls/mugs/and wine glasses. Everything was great. Just one note – parking is street parking and it’s a busy street; however, it seemed like a safe area. Overall great value for a large family. We would totally stay here again.

Charlie's place was exactly as it appears in the photos and was very clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the internet cutting out at one point and he got right on fixing the issue. He was very responsive and gave us our privacy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Eric was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were on a graduation trip with a family of 15. The home was beautiful , just as the pictures showed. Everyone felt right at home and comfortable. Great response time to messages and he came fast when we needed him. The location was great. There’s a book at the house with great recommendations on food and things to do. 30 minutes to Universal Studios and Six Flags depends on traffic. There’s a Target right up the street which was great to pick up a few things. I would recommend checking the cabinets before going grocery shopping, the kitchen had a few cooking essentials, that you may not need to buy, which came in handy. All around great trip, I would definitely stay there again when traveling. Highly recommended.

Diana was responsive and amiable. her home was a perfect fit for our family and our needs. The home is located close to freeways and grocery stores, fast food chains and some local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Also, the fact that Diana's home is pet friendly is a plus!
