Beautiful typical house in San Felipe, located exactly in front of the pier where the boats leave for the beach and also a few steps from the port pier and shopping area. With no parking problems, this house is ideal for large families due to its good distribution of 3 bedrooms (2 of them with air conditioning and double beds) and 2 full bathrooms, in addition to all the bedrooms and living room having hammocks. Your family will be close to everything in this centrally-located place!!!
