Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Felice Circeo

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay. The place is really very nice and great for a family with kids. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large cozy living room. The kids loved the cats. We were in Rome twice. 10 min to the train station by car and then another 20 minutes by train to Rome Termini, really very straightforward. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's place. We had a great time and being in the heart of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk coming through the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this structure is the very large hot tub nestled in the rock on the bottom of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly the one in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Great cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the heart of the old town with squares and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Vibrant Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you can just close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw in a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not correct - fire alarms are fitted. Summary from us - perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

The house responded very well to our need for family reunions. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we really enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and has been available to answer our questions and concerns.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

We had a wonderful 7 days in this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to access it quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive to our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with beautiful views of the mountains. Shops are a 5-minute drive or even a walk away. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. Everything is in order and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of travelers, leaving some groceries to start the stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.
