Cozy studio in OB

Stay in the cozy studio, tucked behind my main house. The studio has queen bed with memory foam on the mezzanine level. The ground floor is a living room with fold up desk, a garden view, small fridge and microwave, two single chairs. Next to studio is private bathroom, open air shower and sink area. Outside relax in the shaded garden area just for guests. Please respect the no smoking on the grounds. You can borrow a push bike with lock and helmet.

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person newly renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. Enjoy a walk in the vineyard with a hot cup of coffee. Short drive (<10 mile) to beaches and shopping.

Private room with private en suite shower/restroom in Pacific Beach! This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)

This studio rental is a mile uphill from the beach. The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchenette (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patios (shared space).
