The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

We stayed for 2 nights with family and friends, and the experience was absolutely amazing! 🌟 The place is super clean, exactly like the pictures, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was spotless and perfectly warm, with jets that made it feel like a relaxing massage just what we needed to unwind! The house was very well equipped, with plenty of supplies and extra items available for guests to use. We appreciated the many towels and beach towels provided everything was thoughtfully prepared. 🏖️ Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or just looking for a romantic getaway, this place is a perfect choice. We absolutely recommend it to everyone and would love to come back! 💛

Great stay! Everything from downtown, Sanibel, and the beach were easy enough to access from here. The host were responsive, and didn’t have all the demands that you commonly see from other host. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend we look forward to coming back!

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal Airbnb stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood, very clean and spacious place, with an off site host that doesn’t demand much and communicates quickly! And there is a lot of parking space This was a fantastic location for my sister’s bridal party to get ready, since the church was just down the road. It’s not too far from groceries, downtown, or the beaches. It made the weekend very convenient and stress free!

Teresa's home exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice, as it was bigger than shown. Additionally, it was extremely clean with a fresh scent when we arrived. The pool was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (aged 9 and 4) and had a fairly large shallow end. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids with one bedroom set up as a kid's room. There were plenty of supplies on hand, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper and laundry detergent & softener. A rarity in most other homes. The location is easily drivable to a variety of restaurants and shopping, with Miromar Factory Outlets about a 20 minute drive away. Finally, Teresa was an exceptional host and always responded within 1/2 an hour or less. When we had a small issue with the air conditioner and mentioned that we would be going out within 4 hours she said someone would be there before we left, but the pool maintenance company arrived within 1/2 an hour!

This is a gem of a place! It was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and clutter free and included most of our basic needs, although more paper towel would have been nice. The pool was clean, the perfect temperature, and so much fun but didn’t include any toys or floats - so make sure to bring your own! They did include 2 fishing poles which was perfect because we caught SO many fish right off the backyard. Our family had a blast and it is in a great location nearby lots of stores and restaurants. Communication was minimal but we didn’t have any issues to reach out about. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.

This place was a hidden gem! We lucked into it being available last-minute for a three-night stay and couldn’t have been any happier with it. The place was clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had new appliances, and enough cooking equipment to easily make multiple meals a day. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a really nice shower. The lot is remarkably quiet and private given its proximity to several main highways. Plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and more nearby. There’s even a park a just a few-minute walk from the property.

The place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. the place is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable.

Cute & Cozy especially for a couple & close to everything. I would definitely recommend this tiny treasure it’s a little gem 🏝️🐚
