The house is in the village of San Blas, 600 meters from Borrego beach, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, a barbecue, sound equipment, a ping pong table, badminton, golf pool, dominoes, and other board games. The pool has a temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. And for good habits there is a yoga mat, rope, exercise bands, soccer ball, goal and books for good reading.

It is located close to the pier, providing easy access to water activities and waterfront walks. The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.
