You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. It overlooks one of the main squares of the town, is close to the station (300 meters) and convenient to any type of shop. Crossing the center you can reach both the port and the promenade (about 1 km from both the promenade of San Benedetto and that of Grottammare).

The penthouse with its large terrace is in the vital center and full of shops of San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10-minute walk from the beaches. It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the top floor of a quiet street. Linen is not included in the price. It is at a cost of €15 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can provide their own linens in person.
