Great location, all very clean and new. Practically every day they cleaned the room and kept everything organized, as well as providing towels. Angélica was very attentive. I recommend too much. Great location

Our hostess Angelica was super helpful, she gave us a very useful list of places to see and check-in was very easy. The place is very well organized and extremely clean. The girls cleaned every day and were always very friendly. The convenience is great! Very central, close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. There was a market nearby too, we managed to do everything on foot. The shower with hot water (essential for us!) We highly recommend it!

I LOVE IT!! Very comfortable, you can rest peacefully. The room is super nice and impeccable! The bed is impressively comfortable! You don't want to leave. It also has a cleaning service and late check-out, which was super useful for us to take advantage of the last day as much as possible before leaving the island, since our flight left at 11:40 pm. Until the last moment, we took advantage of the beach of that beautiful island

The place is very central and close to downtown. We were able to do a lot of activities around the stay. We walked at different times without any inconvenience. The place had all the needs and amenities. Jerson was also very nice and quick to respond. Recommended stay.

The place exceeded my expectations. Everything was immaculately clean - the beds, the bathroom, and every detail of the space. The location can't be better, steps from the beach and right in the center, with everything you need very close. The host was super friendly, always attentive and answered all my questions instantly. I definitely recommend this place 100% if you want comfort, good location and excellent service.

This condo was a perfect home base for our time on the island. Easy to find and check in - room is simple but had what was needed and described. Quick walk down the street to the beach, parking for mopeds, convenience store right next door.

Excellent accommodation, 15 minutes walk away is downtown, Steve very attentive, helped us with the Tours, we hope to be back soon!!!

It is a very well located sector, quiet and safe, the apartment is as shown in the photos and is perfect for couples. The hosts are very friendly and pending if you need anything. Would come back again!

Great host, very efficient in responses. I liked the accommodation, it's a large, well-lit space and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi work very well. The kitchen is also functional and the bedroom has a large mirror and wardrobe to store your things. The bathroom is small, but it is enough. I would like him to lend us two more pillows to make us more comfortable and, although it was written that they were available in the listing as extras, he did not provide us with the pillowcases, saying that these pillows were only if there were other guests, because of that we did not sleep so well. Anyway, the place is very good, a little far from the center, about 25 minutes walking, but there are many establishments nearby. I wish this place thrives and thank you for all the attention and hospitality of Steve and his accommodation.

Small, cozy Apartment with everything you need. We were lucky and had the Roofterrasse for ourselves at that time. Supermarket around the corner, so we used the kitchen a lot. The beach is just across the street, however there were a lot of algaes when we were there, so we just visited a small beachbar. Kent can give a lot of advice and help with Motorentals etc. Very comfortable beds, quite at night, some roosters in the morning, but thats probably everywhere on the Island. Nice shower. We would come back.

Everything 10/10. Both Mauricio and Mr. Gerardo. The cleaning ladies. The place is beautiful, clean well located. the best corner of Sai, the air works perfect. Down there is a restaurant but at 23 they close, so the place is quiet. Frente tenes every business and 50metres away the beach. The kitchen is always clean, they have a turf kettle for the mate. fridge in room. the very new bathroom, the shower comes out a lot of water. the room is spacious. the bed linen was changed every 3 days. also the tohallones and clean the room.

It was a unique experience, the place is close to everything, Mrs. Lía is an excellent person, she was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has more than you need. I recommend it 100% and we would definitely come back. Thank you very much, Mrs. Lía.

The apartment and location met all my expectations. It is very well located throughout the center to have access to supermarkets, shopping center and to be able to walk along the promenade and the city center. Most importantly, you can easily access the beach, the docks and it's close to the airport. The apartment is in optimal condition and our stay was the best thanks to Mauricio's instructions and Don Gerardo's welcome. I would definitely go back to this place for my next return to San Andres.
