Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Built in 2023 with families in mind. Fish, icefish, hike, ski, bring snowmobiles or atvs (great trails near by.) Game-room in the basement with a pool table/pingpong table and a foosball table. Two bars on the lake that serve food and are family friendly (children allowed.) 15minutes from Chippewa Falls. 40minutes from Eau Claire. Absolutely no loud parties! Also no loud music after 8pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Enjoy being steps from the water on Sand Lake which is one of the clearest lakes in the area. The updated cottage has all modern amenities which adds to the lake side appeal. For those who fish or like to boat, a private dock is provided for you and also steps to get in the water and cool off. This property is conveniently located less than a mile from the beech and boat landing. Bring your boat and park it at your own private dock.

Nestled away behind the pines :) The area offers plenty of out door activities, year round. Take a walk on the quiet, peaceful lakeshore, or jump on the trails just down the road for some OTR fun. There is also the well known ice age hiking trail close by. We do offer maps located on your welcome stand to help you navigate our great community.
