Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sammu

Keiko was helpful and informative from the get go, she is so thoughtful and kind, a real lovely host. The apartment was great size, (my husband is 1,85 and it was roomy ceiling-wise for him), also enough space for our 9 months old baby to crawl around - it was easy enough to baby proof (minimal things needed to be removed out of her height). The high chair and the washing/dryer machine were super helpful! My husband was able to work remotely in the wee separate office area (a cut off balcony bit) with minimal WiFi speed disruption. Great place for small family!

I had a lovely stay. The staff were so warm and personable and friendly. The area is nice and conveniently close to a number of metro stations to move around Tokyo. Also fairly close to cafes & shops in Ginza. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. Only issue was that the wi-fi was not strong enough during my stay. However this did not dampen the overall experience.

New apartment, nice location

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.

A very nice place to stay! Neat and clean. We like the traditional Japanese style and my son loves game station so much! Masaki is supportive and helps us a lot!

Great place to stay if you’re wishing to experience both Chiba and Tokyo, the KS and JR lines are very close and easy to walk to, and the host is very helpful, I had a few times where I had run into a issue and they helped me out, and they were even kind enough to provide recommendations to me, thank you for letting me stay at your place

I can’t recommend this place enough. If it is available, look no further, book this spot. It was the best place we stayed our whole trip. Way bigger, way nicer than what you would get at a regular hotel. It is above a very nice bar which is a beautiful upscale wine/whiskey. The bar isn’t loud and you will not hear it from the room. Host is amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will be booking this spot again on future trips to Japan.

The living room, water area, bedroom, dishes, and outdoor pool were all very clean and satisfying!! It was in a great location, a 2-minute walk from the sea.I'd like to use it again

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Yoshi’s home was perfect for our group of 8 to stay in. There was plenty of space for us to relax and spread out a bit, and the rooftop views of the Skytree can’t be beat! Yoshi is a very helpful and responsive host, and even recommended some of the services they offer such as rides to and from the airports, which was very convenient. The home is situated well in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop, the Asakusa and Ginza train lines, and has a good number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Checking in and out was simple, and Yoshi even allowed us to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout time since we had later flights. I am very happy with my stay!

the host was really great and gave lots of great recommendations to restaurant. location is also really good, it's close to the underground line, close to sky tree tower, and really close to asakusa.

Fantastic place to stay! There was so much wonderful thought put into all the little things around the house, from the decorations to the numerous amenities. We greatly appreciated all the details, as well as the comfortable, clean home as a whole. We loved the spacious living room for us to all hang out after a long day of traveling, enough for all 6 of us to stay. The walk to station was short and easy, and the area around was peaceful. Fun things things to do near by like Karaoke. Our host was very friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful! Would highly recommend staying here, thank you very much!

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation which is just a stone’s throw away from Keisei Takasago train station! The availability of complimentary Netflix was a bonus as we all sat down to unwind after our daily outing. Washer and dryer was another bonus for us, one of the main reasons why we chose this place. We were all well rested from the comfortable beddings. Something for improvement would be the provision of seats with backrest at the living area. All in all, awesome place and host who was also responsive and gave numerous travel information!

Koji and his family are excellent host They picked up at the closest train station They show us the place and gave us recomendaciones for the neighborhood They are so kind and nice, Koji is always responsive and attentive They place is amazing, clean and even better than the pictures If I come back again to Japan I’m sure I’ll stay again with Koji family

Izumi’s place was perfect for our group of 6. There are narrow stairs that might be hard to maneuver with large luggage but other than that it was a delight to stay in. The neighborhood is super cute and close to the train station. There are 7/11 and family mart close by for quick meals. Izumi offered so many great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. A great host!

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient. There are several convenience stores nearby. There are 3-4 shopping malls within walking distance.🈶 Akakan is very convenient for parents and babies to shop. It is very convenient to go to Ueno and the Skytree. The house is clean and very suitable for family travel. I will choose it again next time.

We really loved staying in Katsushika city. it was far enough from Tokyo to experience a little more local life but also very easy to travel to the bigger city. We would definitely stay here again next trip to the Tokyo area.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Host is very friendly, replies to messages quickly, and the environment is great. Everything looks very new. Stayed for 9 nights, had a great time!
