First of all, the location is so good because it is right in front of Peace Square. It's very easy to go to Yuldal Kongmul, Coffee Warehouse, and other restaurants in Peace Square. It doesn't even cost 10,000 won to go to Mokpo Station by taxi. It was nice that he communicated quickly and was kind. All the amenities in the bathroom were prepared, so I used it comfortably. It's perfect for a trip to Mokpo for 2-3 people! It may be a little small for 4 people. Highly recommended for up to 3 people! Thanks to you, I made a pleasant memory~ ^^

It was huge, the beds were so fluffy, the bathroom was very clean, and there were plenty of other amenities!

The place was a clean and cozy studio, and worked well for us, two adults and a smallish medium dog. The neighborhood was perfect for us--lots of green spaces to walk the dog and go for a run, local cafes and restaurants, easy access to the highway, and away from other tourists^^ It's a 20-min. drive into town; we found parking rather easy and cheap (albeit on a week day in low season). The best part was the host. I've stayed at a dozen places in S. Korea, and there seems to be a ton of details the hosts need to communicate and tend to (more so than in other countries I've been to). I found Atti hit the right mark, just right amount of info shared at just the right time, always in a clear and friendly manner. This may be a matter of personal preference, but I felt it is yet another sign, among many, how much care and attention Atti puts into hosting.

exactly as described and amazing location. the apartment was very clean with every single amenity that you could need. loved the coffee beans that you could grind yourself for the freshest cup of coffee. the projection TV was a nice touch. the location was perfect - very close to the dancing fountain and the nightlife area yet very quiet. enough of free parking around the place.
