Set on the edge of Salisbury Plain, our beautiful rural area has so much history.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained, detached, single room studio set beside Ansty Brook in the Nadder Valley, deep in the heart of SW Wiltshire. A fully equipped kitchen gives the flexibility to self cater or enjoy the best local country pubs. Carefully curated to provide simple and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy the local paths, galleries, historic houses and monuments. The stream and valley can be enjoyed from the seating in the small orchard opposite. Local breakfast eggs laid next door!

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Newly refurbished for 2023, Meadow Cottage sleeps up to 6, is dog friendly, has free parking and is situated just a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk across the water meadows to Salisbury Cathedral and the city centre. This luxurious cottage is good for couples, families, and groups, although unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Includes cinema room with 65" TV. Eco-friendly toiletries & paper products. Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.
