Welcome to our built mountain apartment on the ground floor 3 rooms (4+2 beds) in newly built Fjällbäcken Lindvallen, pool & paddle tennis. The area is about 200 meters from the newly built lift Söderåsen Express and a pleasant walking distance to Experium with its facilities such as spa and adventure bath. Our home is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, bunk bed (120/80 cm) and a sofa bed (153 cm), bathroom with washing machine and sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Drying cabinet & washing machine is available.

Luxurious mountain accommodation with ski in/ski out

At the top of the timber village, above the Experium square in Lindvallen, is the new Timmerbyn top. Here you can put on your skis and go through the ski tunnel next to the house directly down to the lift in the morning. The ceiling height of almost 4 meters gives a magical view of mountains and slopes both when you sit at the kitchen table and from the bed in the evening. Sauna and fireplace create a wonderful atmosphere after a long day on the slopes. Possibility of relaxation is also available in the association's shared pool with sun deck.

Modern apartment built in 2018 directly adjacent to the lovely Sälfjällstorget Lindvallen with proximity to lifts, restaurants, ski rental, cinema and ski slopes. The apartment is 54 sqm and has a balcony with beautiful views of the square and ski slopes. Free parking space is included in the accommodation. The apartment consists of a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, a combined kitchen/living room and balcony. Bring your own towels and linens. Cleaning is not included. The pool is now closed for the season but the paddle tennis court is open. In the newly built area Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close proximity to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc. is also within walking distance

Welcome to our newly built apartment in Fjällbäcken, Lindvallen right by Söderåsenexpress. The apartment is only 120 meters from the new lift that takes you quickly and comfortably up to the ski system. In a lot of snow, you can ski all the way to the house. The apartment has a good floor plan as it has 2 living rooms. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Experiumtorget with swimming, restaurants, bowling and shopping. Here you can enjoy all the amenities and be close to everything in Lindvallen

The flat is 74m2, with 3 bedrooms + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, sauna, terrace & 3 TV’s…so the kids can hang out upstairs if you want ! We have a separate storage cupboard area for your luggage and plenty of space to store your clothes and boots so you will feel at home !!
