The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

The property is well furnished in a modern beach style (think driftwood, white), with all the amenities. There is a private garden and patio area as well as a large South facing balcony, which is a real sun trap, with views across the estuary and to the sea. Previous guests have always enjoyed the property!
